Update- My Dad and I made the burrito recipe, and it came out pretty amazing- such a unique taste.
However, it was a bit too sweet for our liking, the sweet potatoes added plenty of sugar. Leave out the maple syrup if you're making this.

I recently tried this recipe and it is AH-MAZING! It tastes great and is so filling, too. (I could only eat half of one so I could still have a salad on the side!)
I know it's sad, but I'm super conscious of what I eat (and I'm EXTREMELY self-conscious). I was wondering if GL could post calories and fat content when posting recipes? I just can't stand to think how many are in there...
