try getting a hot shower in the morning rather then at night. It helps me wake up when i'm tired and just can't pull myself together. Hope I helped.

dont try energy drinks i had the same problem so i tried energy drinks and i felt really hyper then crashed!! also the next day i always had a head ache a bad one and drinking a little caffine helps with a caffine headache but i drank too much each time!!! i learned that lesson the hard way!!!

Sometimes I get like this, I am 12 too and waking up is always EXTREMELY hard in the mornings b4 school. I didn't know that it all came down 2 diet and exercise! Thanx GL!

i had the same problem but then i joined a sports team and it really helped!! just keep active and keep healthy!!

At least you can get sleep!!!!!!!!! I only can fall asleep at 1 or 2 in the morning!!!!!!! I have to get up at 6:30 every morning!!! (except weekends)I feel so tired right now I wonder how I'm making enough sense to write this!!! MODs & other GL girls plz help!!!!!!

also i have a routine that i do evry night so my body knows im going to sleep like i take a shower and reading like quiet time ah but i still don't wake up refreshed

singrgirl13 1 or 2 in the morning? 6:30 am wake up? OMG!!!! Maybe get an alarm clock that plays calming sounds like waves, or the rustle in the jungle. I have it and it really helps. Also get a mattress that is just really comfortable and get new pillows and a new cover that just makes you feel really warm and cosy etc. Also maybe turn your airconditioner onto low cool or something. Hope I helped, and if this doesn't work, talk to your parents or a school nurse or something. MOD Was that good advice?!

Yeah usually I'm tired because I haven't gotten enough sleep. But usually I'm not tired until like 6th period at school and then I feel like crashing when I'm on the bus going home. It's usually because I have a hard time going to sleep at night. Now I'm sick because I haven't gotten enough rest and have been so busy with school, sports, and friends. I'm going to be working on a new schedule/routine this week though to keep me feeling better and not tired!

hannahmontana- my advice is dont care if hes a player if he is. my boyfriends a player and every time he comes back to me after a mistake i feel more loved that is such a hawt move taking a picture of himself and settin it as ur screensaver one of the coolest guys i know flunked a grade smarts dont matter btw he probly is into you bob sounds like he might like you too so decide which one you like more and FLIRT!! You should ask him out but at first be like oh ya a few of uss are going bowling wanna come then you can gradually move to one on one

singrgrl13- ok i went through that. i didnt know what was wrong i could lay there for hours with my eyes closed and nothing would happen first i thought why a few reasons could be do you shower right before bed do you drink sugary drinks less than 3 hours prior to bedtime do you do too little during the day also do you do things besides sleep in your bed if you answered yes you may need to change these habits also dont waatch tv when ur trying to sleep and if you have an alarm and have to wake up by urself instead of your mom wqaking you up you have better chances of waking up also try to look forward to stuff so you will want to wake up

~i_lik_2_GMBO! heyy i would reccomend sticking to the basics...new jeans, a few cute shirts, sweatshirts...whatever it is you need. just remember that the weathers gonna be cooling down, so need to buy more short-sleeved shirts, tank tops, or shorts that u wont be able to wear until spring. the good news is that since you're going after school has started, you'll hit more sales, which means more clothes!

First of all, try to eat a more balanced diet. And that includes water...water...water! Water always keeps you more energized. Also, remember to get that 30 minutes of exercise every day! It helps out a lot!

MOD, my bro and dad bought a dutch oven from Dick's Sporting Goods. it was made in china. idk how much it cost but i have a good guess it wasnt too expensive. im afraid it will have lead in it. they r making our dinner in it as we speak!! (er...write) and i am so scared!! help!!

MOD: mi bff just called mi. we r takng dance this year. and she got a call from the studio saying the teacher can't teach the class and the class was moved from 4:45 to 6:15. i told mi dad and mi mom is working today/tonight and she told mi she doesn't wat mi to take a later class. cuz its like near dinner and in the middle of mi homework time. but mi mom and dad paid for the first month already! should i still take the class?

Orange Juice~~~~~~~~~ are you talking acoustic guitar? cuz i just got like my 5th guitar, yeah i know i have a lot, a moderately priced blue sunburst acoustic for a really good price only like 300 or so A good place to look is house of guitars idk if there's one near wwhere you live tho and also Guitar Center Look it up on your comp to see for sure tho like Cara said ps you'll have so much fun playing !!!

~orange juice a.k.a OJ thats awesome that u wanna learn 2 play guitar! i play and trust me, you'll have a lot of fun w/ it...the cost of guitars varies A LOT- from like $50 to like $5,000! 2 start off, u probably want something middle-range...maybe about $100. i would reccomend going 2 a music store 2 look @ the different guitars, and find a decent one @ a price that works 4 u.
