Chicken Noodle Soup


 
Cold days are on the horizon. Keep the chill away with this easy chicken noodle soup. Simple and classic, the two greatest adjectives for anything in life.
 
Ingredients:

 
4 c. chicken broth
2. skinless chicken breasts, cooked and diced
1 bag egg noodles
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped carrots
1 tbs. finely chopped garlic
 
Directions:

In a large pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil. Add the celery,carrots and garlic, reduce heat and allow it to simmer a little until the veggies are the tiniest bit tender. Add in the bag of noodles and chicken, simmer on low heat until they are fully cooked. Add salt and pepper to taste.
