try getting some lavender spray. my friend wasn't feeling good one day, and couldn't get to sleep, so i brought over some lavender spray and sparyed it on her pillow. it really relaxes your body and she was out in 5 minutes!!! hope it works for you.

anonalizzy - I have a trick for going asleep easy. Sometimes that happens to me too, where I start thinking about everything and can't fall asleep! So I try to slowly relax my body. I work from my toes, and then up to my knees... The rest of my legs.... slowly I'll make my whole body relax and that helps me fall asleep quicker! Also, I find it's easier to fall asleep when your stomach isn't very full. Hope I helped!

I have a trick when you wake up and can't get back to sleep. Count to ten and then count down from ten the nine and eight and so on. Keep doing it. Seriously it works I've been doing since last week and I'm out in 2 tries.
