Sweet 'N Nutty Popcorn

Satisfy your sweet tooth with this easy to make treat! It's the perfect proj when you're stuck indoors on those chilly days.

What You'll Need:

10 cups popped popcorn

1 cup of toasted almonds

1/2 cup butter

1 cup brown sugar

1/4 cup light corn syrup

1/4 tsp. vanilla

1/2 tsp. salt

1/2 tsp. baking soda

What You'll Do:

1. Preheat oven to 250 degrees.

2. Mix butter, sugar, syrup, vanilla and salt in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring until sugar dissolves. Boil five minutes or until it reaches 248 degrees on a candy thermometer.

3. Remove from heat, and stir in baking soda.

4. Pour into a large bowl over popcorn and almonds, and stir to coat.

5. Spread onto a cookie sheet, and bake 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes. Let cool before packing.

What You'll Do:

1. Make popcorn according to recipe.

2. Put popcorn in waxed paper-lined tins, and finish off with a bow.

i dont like almonds, but hey i LOVE popcorn lol... OMG GUESS WUT! ITS MY BIRTHDAY! LOLOL yeah so im kinda like hyper so yeahhhh lol
