1. Pour the milk into a saucepan and heat on low heat until hot. Heat some water in a tea kettle until hot. 2. Pour the boiling water into the blender with the cocoa powder and honey. Put a dish towel over the blender lid and press on the lid with one hand. Blend for a few seconds until a syrup forms. Add the hot milk; blend, holding the lid again, until foamy. Pour into a mug, adding more milk if it's too strong or more honey if it needs it. Top with “Cinnamon Whipped Cream” if you like. Safety Hint: Sometimes when hot liquids are blended, the heat may cause some liquid to splatter through the lid. To avoid a mess, and a possible burn, cover the blender top with a towel and hold it with one hand while you blend. Start the blender on low, then increase the speed. The easier way: Instead of using the blender, mix up the cocoa in a mug using a whisk, but it won't be as foamy.
