I have little white bumps on my face!

I know they aren’t whiteheads. What are they, and how do I get rid of them?

According to New York City dermatologist Dr. Jane Taylor, “While only a visit too your dermatologist ensures and accurate diagnosis, it could be milia. If it is milia, they are not harmful. But if you are worried about the way they look, your dermatologist can make a super-tiny incision to open up the spot and drain it.”

The two don’ts with milia are simple. One, don’t try to get rid of them with acne medication. It won’t work and will affect otherwise healthy skin. And two, don’t try to “pop” milia yourself. You’ll most likely end up with an infection and scarring lots worse than tiny white bumps.

i have an oily face but i use an oil eliminating cleanser day and night and i don't have acne or anything like that

Hey, i need to know something. I use this stuff called black soap for african americans. it works pretty well, but i need a moisturizer for after i wash. i use lubriderm, but it always leaves my face feeling, oh i dont know, dry, and if i move my face, it feels like my skin is gonna crack. could you please suggest some other moisterizer i could use?

Hey girl! I would try picking up some Dove lotion or Eucerin! If nothing helps, I would try heading to the doc to see if they're is anything they can do for you!

i have pimple-like bumps on the back of my neck. what causes them?

oopss! Sorry for not answering. They are prob just pimples, and they are just like face pimples. The causes could be endless. Just make sure to wash and keep clean.

my skin looks like a snake!! My mom said my skins was dehydrated and that i need at least 6 ounces a day. 8 at the most. when do you think my skin will start to show results??

Try using baby oil in the shower. Drink more water. And use lotion daily. Your skin will start to look better in no time.

Okay I know I put this in another article but... DOVE FACIAL CLEANSING CLOTHES are amazing for blackheads. Even through they don't have an exfoliant in them, they make my skin incredibly smooth. Try! I highly recommend.

mod mod mod I have horrible bacne. Can you tell me how to get rid of it. One of my friends told me to use my face cleaner.

I've heard that works, and with your back you don't have to be as gentle as you do with your face with cleansers. So try some tough cleansers too. Best,

Is it ok to dry shave if you just lightly brush the razor on the top of the hairs ?

Hey babe,

It can really irritate your skin, won't shave all of the hair, and will make your hair grow back faster. On top of that, it's a lot easier to cut yourself.

i have those. it's getting better though. i accidentally popped 4 of them today. whoops. at leat now they'll trun into backheads. my mom would never take me to the dermatologist. oh well.
