hey. so im really into this guy named cole.
he's on my brothers football team and hes only one year younger than i.
so this is the scoop..
so i get his number.. we totally hit it off.
and the next day we tell each other we like each other.. the week after that he asks me to go to a haunted house with him and some friends.. so i go and he makes moves on me.. he says things like" im going with kenndi through the house" (kenndi is my name haha) and just stuff like he wants to be with me. then he like wants to hug me a lot and everything. then he had his arm around me. he grabbed my hand and everything.. then the next day he didnt text me or anything. and throughout the week i went over to football practice to watch my brother.. and of course to see cole.. i noticed he was wearing the bracelet to get into the haunted house still and everything. so i kept mine on until he took his off. so i thought i would try and just not text him or anything for like a week. the next week the team decides to go to another haunted house.. so i invite cole because i like him. we go.. he dosesnt make a move on me. he said a few flirtacious things.. but not really.. we go through the haunted house and hes kinda flirting with another girl..[before we were waiting our turn to go in the haunted room:we had to go in 2's: he asked if it would be ok if he went with another girl, and not me

] and i got all sad.. and i guessed he noticed i was. so he talked to my brother since he happened to be there. and said" is your sister mad at me" and my brother said " well kinda cuz you flirting with a girl like right in front of her when you know she likes you a lot.. its kinda messed up dude" and he didnt really say anything back.. later we get done with the haunted house and he comes and talks to me and asks me why im mad at him. and all this stuff. i explained to him and all. and we were cool the rest the night.. but when we were talking he noticed i had my bracelet on from the first haunted house on still and hes like " you still have that on, i threw mine away because i thought you were mad at me" so.. basicly hes saying he kept it on cuz of me. i think.. haha and he also mentioned how i didnt text him for a while he said it like this " well,you didnt text me for like a week" and i said " haha dude,cuz i was waiting for you to text me." .. so he noticed i didnt text him,he kept his bracelet on because of me, he held my hand,he put his arm around me, he kept saying he'd pay for me with stuff,he asked me to a haunted house.. and yeahh.. now i have no idea what he is thinking.. and i dont know if he likes me or not.. im gettin kinda depressed ..
help.

Hey girl, you need to move on from this guy. If HE likes you, then let him come to you. Instead, realize that your brother's got your back and you should take his advice and see that Cole just isn't being nice. You hadfun together but it seems that he's not big on long-term. Ok so I REALLY like this guy, Adam, but i just turned 13 and he's about to turn 16, and i'm going into 8th grade and he's going into 10th plus my brother is going into 10th grade too...so i'm in cross country and 7-12 all practice together but i would anyways cus i'm running varsity (YAY!)...so practice started on monday and i've seen him there but we haven't talked like at all...it's kind of weird cus like we've been texting eachother alot for the past couple of weeks and its been kinda nice....but whenever we text i'm always the one to start the conversation and sometimes he just answers with "ok" and so one day i asked him why he just says that and he said cus he didn't know what else to say...but like when we first started texting eachother i told him he really didn't know me and then started to tell him random facts about myself and he really didn't seem to mind....and it's really fun talking to him most of the time but i really don't know if he likes me....what in the world should i do?

MOD MOD MOD I'm afraid to go back to school. The reason why is because of report cards. If I get a B+ i get yelled at by my parents. This year I got a B in math and because of that my mom got me a TUTOR. BECAUSE I GOT A B!!!!! Any other parent would congrat their kids for a B. My parents tell me that I should feel lucky that they push me. I mean, I love that they care about my grades but their pushing way too hard. modmodmodmodmodmodmodmodmodmodmodmodmodmod*** ok. so I like this guy who is in my homeroom plus my pre-algebra, science, world studies, english, and gym class. We also have the same lunch period. So really I only have one class without him, but thats beside the point. What is the point is that my World Sudies and English class is combined so it is taught in a double period slot by the same teacher. This guy I like (let's call him Alex) sits across from me in this class. So my desk is facing his (our teacher is this weird hippie and doesn't believe in rows) and during class I'll just start staring at him whenever I start to get bored (what girl doesn't do this??) and I'll see him staring at me. So we will just sit there for a few seconds staring at eachother and then I'll look away. Then this will repeat. Also, sometimes he waits for me after class and after we put all our books away in our lockers. His locker is only a few over from mine. So I was just dying to know if he liked me or not so I employed my bestie to ask him who he liked. Well she took this the wrong way and twisted my words a bit and their convo ended up like this: My bestie(Kate): who do you like? Alex:why should I tell you? KateLaughingo you like anyone in our homeroom(she is also in my homeroom) alex:why should i tell you? kate: do you like jane(not me another girl in homeroom) alex: why should i tell you? kate:do you like samantha(me but not my real name) alexFrownpauses) uhhhh...no i guess. But I was not there for this convo I just received a detailed description of it via text message. I beleive alex was lying to Kate because he still stares at me and jokes with me and tries to make me laugh. Also, i don't have any trouble talking around him. I have another friend ( Lizzy) who is at home sick with pneumonia and has been since Tuesday(since no one had school on monday) and they are like bgf's. So Lizzy said she will give me his number as soon as she gets over from her pneumonia but now my other friend thinks I am being a coward for not asking him myself. the friend who thinks I am a coward ( Haley) just moved here from California ( I'm in Virginia btw) and she still doesn't understand that in my school if a girl makes the first move it gets you a really bad rep. Plus I get really nervous when I ask guys stuff that might reveale that I like them. So my question to you is, how do you think I should tell him I like him, without ruining my rep, or should I tell him at all?? Haley thinks I should but she has a very LA way of thinking...

I think Alex was lying to Kate too. I believe he is such good friends with you that he is scared to admit he has a crush on you as well. Well, not too hard to believe since you are doing the same exact thing! Time to make some moves and get to know Alex outside of school. Why not ask him to a see a movie or play a friendly game of frisbee? Hope it goes well!

Hey girl, if you want this relationship to work out, you cannot dump your boyfriend. The more you break up with him, the weaker your relationship is going to get. Next, you have to make the effort to be with him more than he's with the girl. You don't want to look desperate, but you do want to let him know that you're committed to him and he should be too. Speaking of your committment, if you really like your BF and you want to stay with him, you have to get your interest in your BGF totally out of your system. Why not strike up a friendly conversation. Ask him the basics like what he's interested in, why he is doing the summer program, etc. By showing your interested in getting to know him maybe he'll catch on and show an interest in you too!

I think mi majorly in love with this guy, (we'll call him t) and t and i have been buds seriously since we were in diapers,(our moms are besties) but a few years bac, he seriously no joke moved all the way across the country becuz his mom and dad broke up, so now they live in CA, and we talk but not as much as before, but he come over this past christmas, and me and im made out the last day he was here becuz we developed feelings for each other over the past few months.. but get this, since then my mom and dad have been having problems and since my mom and his mom are besties, she offered us a place to stay with them in CA if mom and dad get really bad about arguing, but mom and dad "sorted things out" and now theyre back together.. CRAZY STORY, RIGHT!! anyways, hes back in CA and we havent been talking that much since then, becuz he's been so busy, but i dont want to fall in love so soon but, i dont exactly agree with my mom and dad being back together becuz my mom can't let go of dad, but i promised myself as soon as im eighteen, im gonna move in with them, mom sez that i can do this by the way, so im not sneaking behind her back.. but i dont wanna fall in love so soon, cuz what if he falls in love with someone else becuz were so far apart?? i feel so close to him , and i dont ever want to mess up our relationship as buds, but im scared he's gonna fall in love with someone else!! MOD HELP! i told my friends at my lunch table who i liked a pretty long time ago. maybe like a month. i think the best thing to do is to spend some more time with him. think about whether you REALLY love him, and then ask him out with a couple of other friends. if he hangs around you most of the time, and you two really hit it off, make plans to see him again! it'll be totally worth it

OMG LPEASE I NEED HELP!!
I think mi majorly in love with this guy, (we'll call him t) and t and i have been buds seriously since we were in diapers,(our moms are besties) but a few years bac, he seriously no joke moved all the way across the country becuz his mom and dad broke up, so now they live in CA, and we talk but not as much as before, but he come over this past christmas, and me and im made out the last day he was here becuz we developed feelings for each other over the past few months.. but get this, since then my mom and dad have been having problems and since my mom and his mom are besties, she offered us a place to stay with them in CA if mom and dad get really bad about arguing, but mom and dad "sorted things out" and now theyre back together.. CRAZY STORY, RIGHT!! anyways, hes back in CA and we havent been talking that much since then, becuz he's been so busy, but i dont want to fall in love so soon but, i dont exactly agree with my mom and dad being back together becuz my mom can't let go of dad, but i promised myself as soon as im eighteen, im gonna move in with them, mom sez that i can do this by the way, so im not sneaking behind her back.. but i dont wanna fall in love so soon, cuz what if he falls in love with someone else, becuz he's so far away? i feel so close to him , and i dont ever want to mess up our relationship as buds, but im scared he's gonna fall in love with someone else!! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE HELP MEE!!!!! THANKYOU SOOOOO MUCH I APPRECIATE EVERYTHING!!

MOD?! i need some advice. i need to hear what someone thinks that doesnt know me, and isnt like in the middle of all this- i met my bf a year and a half ago, and started going out a year ago (like a year and 4 days or something) anyway, we would always break up and get back together. we had something really special, i could look at him and know what he's thinking, and he knows me better than anyone. problem is, he cheated a lot. but i ignored it, cuz i didnt care, i wanted to be w/ him. but i always went to my mom crying about him, telling her all the negative stuff about him. so she thinks all he does is use me and bring me down. which he doesnt. he's my everything. i never stopped to tell my mom the awesome things about him. i love him, and i would so do ANYTHING for him, still, even though we're not together. we arent now b/c my mom told me i was to never talk to him again. i think it's stupid, but i guess she's just trying to protect me? i dont know! anyway, he told me that he loves me more than anything, and that he wants to spend the rest of our lives together. and so do i. but i dont see how we could, b/c of my mom. he said that he'd wait a few years if that's what it takes. but i love my mom, she's IS my best friend! he doesnt, well wont, make me choose between them, either. he's always like "nicole, it's over...your relationship with your mom is more important than the one w/ me." but i'm not sure if *i* think that! i need some help-do you think i should just move on? forget everything we had? it's so hard. i've tried. should i again? or should i also wait a few years????? i dont know what to do. please help! thanks

Your mommy is totally looking out for you, she doesn't want to see you get hurt! As for the bf, he shouldn't cheat on you, or make you feel like you have to choose between him or your mom! Remember boys come and go, but mom will always be there! Don't worry chica, it will all work out!

Happy spring! What are you most looking forward to?

Spring clothes...sundresses, flip-flops, floral prints and sunglasses. Bring 'em on!
Spring break...finally, time off from school AND that much closer to the end of the year.
