I am 13 and I have a problem with my body that I don’t want to ask anybody else about. I think it’s something that I can control, but I am clueless on how.
My armpits sweat so much even though I wear deodorant and shave. Is it just me? I need to know how to stop it and soon!
Today at school I wore a tight orange shirt and I got big wet spots under my arms. It happens every day! It’s not because of heat because I sweat when it is cold. Help!
You can’t control how much you sweat, and shaving does not affect sweating. While you’re waiting for your hormones to settle down, keep taking morning showers, and wear clean cotton or well-ventilated clothes (dampness shows less when shirts are loose and dark or patterned) or wear a light absorbent undershirt so telltale spots won’t show.
Antiperspirants fight perspiration whereas deodorants fight odor, and you can find a product that does both. You can also discuss this with your doctor.

i sweat all the time i hate it and ive tried everything. im in high school and i really need this to get better, please post anything that has worked. i really have tried EVERYTHING, ven talked to my doctor

hey i have the same problem im 12! i go to gymnastics and at gymnastics i got teased i told coach and she sed if u dot sweat ur not doing it rite!! and she also sed horses sweat we perspire(or however u spell it) i hate sweating its awful and i always feel scared to put my hands up i sweat even if its cold! AND MOD HELP ME THERES A GIRL TRYING TO BULLY ME AND IM AFRAID TO TELL ANYONE INCASE SHE FINDS OUT IF TOLD.. HELP!!

Don't worry about it. If you go to any department store, they should have a "Clarins". Clarins has great sweat proof deo. It works great. Matter of fact, I use it daily and it works for me. Trust me I have the same problem and probably I sweat more than you. But the deo is great! And it's totally affordable. And while you worry about your sweat marks, the people around you probably have the same problem. You're just the more courageuos one to say it out loud. Good job! It takes alot of guts to speak up!

I had that prob too this year in 8th grade until my aunt told me that my cuz had the same prob and that she uses secret clinical strength... it really works

If you have the same prob, heres some tips: 1. Wear dark colors 2. wear tank tops when possible 3. wear shirts that have plenty of space between your arms and the fabric 4. Try to keep yourself cool 5. shower after you work out, and in the mornings 6. relax!(if your stressed, sometimes you sweat more) 7.keep an extra shirt in your locker at school, along with some more antiperspirant 8. deoderant helps B.O., not sweat, so make sure you get a antiperspirant instead. 9. use a bit of baby powder too. it helps. 10.avoid tight shirts 11. wear a light jacket or cardigan 12. wear an undershirt under tops 13. when you can, lift up your arms a bit to let them air out a little I hope this helps!

I need some advice. BOY advice. I had a boyfriend since 3rd grade he dumped me this year and I was heartbroken. Then the boy down the street and I were going out. I broke up with him because he is younger than me. I told him there are other boys that I would like to try. We still hang out together, but, should I have done that?

hey don't sweat it. we all go through that at one point in time. but yes it can be very embarassing. i think it just has to do with puberty. maybe try different deoderants. that might help a little. but don't feel alone, because we all have it. maybe try degree girl, it works. i hope my advice helped u. and any other people who read this and r going through the same thing

I have this problem too. I was stuffing papertowels in my armpits during school, but even that didn't help, so I just started wearing either a jacket at all times, or black.

Girl I know how you feel It really does suck! Have you tried using some men's anti-perspirant? Sometimes that can help lol someone said to wear sweatshirts, and I used to do that all the time as well, but then I realized I looked like I just woke up I like to get cute tops that have plenty of space between your underarms and the actual fabric ;) Wow this comment is long!

And I've tried Certain Dri too, I'm allergic to it and it didn't help my sweating at all.

Anti-perspirant might not help her. I've had this same problem, though more severe, for the past 3 years. I've tried every anti-perspirant, even clinical strength, and none have helped.

O I didn't know that deoderent only helps smell not sweat. Shoot. so THATS why even when I wear it i get small pit stains. Well I'll be darned.

My sister had that problem until she tried "Certain Dry". Now her armpits don't sweat as bad.

hey guys i have an awesome make-up how to how to do a smokey eye: 1.apply liner to upper and lower lash lines 2.apply a white shadow all over eye from lash line to brow 3.put a light grey on from crease to brow 4.blend a charcoal black into crease 5.use 2 coats of mascara on ur upper lashes 6.warm up ur face by putting blushonto the apples of your cheeks 7.finish it off with a pink gloss on ur lips viola!! u look gorgeous. this look can go anywhere elegant enough for a date, and simple enough to go to wal-mart(u need 2 look pretty there 2 who knows who'll u run into). for more beauty advice check out a profile, give me a comment and i will sure respond!!!

!!!!MOD!!!! Whenever I shave my armpits it seems totally useless, no matter how many times i shave you can still see little black spots and i know that sounds totally gross, but my pits feel smooth and look totally stubbly. I shave up down, left and right but i have little red bumps and black spots. Also I noticed, i shaved my legs the morning of 4th of July but once i got goose bumps, i got stubble for the rest of the party, totally nasty. My mom wont let me get that new deodorant for flawless pits so do you have any suggestions? please help and thanks a bunch!

MOD!!! My crush/BGF asked me to go to the fair with him. I really want to go. He wanted to take me to see the animals cause he knew I was afraid and I would cry.
