MOD I need help staying motavated. I sometimes make the right food choises but othertimes I just cant help myself. What can I do?

 

Hey girl! Everything is better in moderation so try not to be too hard on yourself when you make a so-so choice. Stick to the good stuff but allow yourself a little treat every now and then!

Hey guys, karategirl78 here! i need a way to get fit fast. i want to lose about 10-15 pounds. the main reasons i want to get fit are to feel better about myself,stay fit, and to work out for karate. i am a brown belt right now, so i am only about a year away from earning my black belt. i know that seems long, but when it comes to karate on average it takes like 3 years and i am only a year into it,so i am doing pretty good. anyway, what types of exercises should i do?( i want to lose weight on my thighs to.)how long should i exercise? since i have karate, i will be exercising on my own 4 times a week. i usually walk for twenty minutes, so what else should i do? last,what foods should i stay away from? please please PLEASE help me!!! all i want is for once in my life to like myself!!!

I'm basically saying that you should be content with your weight if you're healthy and not take peoples comments about weight so hard and start to not eat. Frown

I don't understand why guys make such a big deal out of your weight. Like the other day this guy said that he wouldn't date any girl over the weight of 110. Why are guys so shallow. I consider myself skinny but as soon as I tell someone my weight they act as if I am the giant squash that is about to eat them. I'm pretty tall to so my weight is fine for me. Uhh guys are so frusturating. Frown Frown

Hey everybody, just want to say that this program really works. I lost about 20lbs in 6 weeks in the summer, and lots of people commented on my new figure - I feel much healthier, too Smile
I'm working on maybe losing 10lbs or so by the end of January to fit into some cute jeans I bought as motivation.

Hey, you should talk to a doc or nutritionist about that for the best plan for your body. Then, make an eating schedule to keep you on track.

Hey girl, for your stomach, go for crunches. For your legs, try lifting an object between your feet slowly up and down at a sitting position, It'll work your muscles out. <3 Jeannie

***MOD*** i find it REALLY hard for me to eat healthier. at night time before i goto bed i always regret the day cause i ate bad. i really want to feel good about myself! i think its my self discipline. then during the day my so called "cravings" break me down. sometimes i feel so bad about myself i get emotional. please help!

I honestly think that soccer in the spring and fall really help you get in shape. Then for as Winter you should do some exercises and try as best you can to stay healthy. For the Summer I would do some laps around the pool every day for exercise.

Hey babe, don't put so much pressure on yourself! Staying fit and healthy can be hard sometimes. I like to make an iPod mix to keep me motivated. Also, change up your routine every day to keep it interesting and experiment with yummy, yet healthy, recipes!

Just make a profile. And it depends on the person, but I think a lot of people get good results with pilates. I'm not sure of any specific videos though, sorry.
