Love pumpkin pie? Then you’ll def enjoy this cool take on a Thanksgiving favorite in the middle of summer! Get all the flavors of fall while still keeping chill in summer heat.
8 oz of pumpkin pie mix
8 oz of cool whip
1 ½ cups of chocolate chips/raisins
1. Mix half of the pumpkin pie mix and all cool whip, adding more pumpkin depending on your own taste.
2. Fold in the raisins or chocolate chips. (You could also put the chocolate chips on the outside by pressing them into the pumpkin filling after the sandwich is assembled.)
3. Cover 12 squares of graham crackers with the mixture then cover that with 12 more graham cracker squares. (Be careful not to press down to much when you’re making your sandwiches!)
4. Freeze them until they’re solid.
