Spicy southwestern coleslaw


Spice up this classic BBQ fave by giving it a southwestern makeover! The cabbage and carrots and radishes are as chock-full of vitamins and the cilantro, peppers and onions full of flavor.

What You’ll Need:

4 c thinly sliced cabbage
1 grated carrot
2 thinly sliced radishes

1 thinly sliced green onion
1 pepper, chopped up

¼ c fresh chopped cilantro

1 tbsp olive oil
Hot sauce
1 tbsp vinegar

What You’ll Do:

1. Combine the cabbage, carrot, radishes, onions, peppers and cilantro.
2. Add the olive oil then toss.

3. Repeat with the vinegar.
4. Add dash of hot sauce.

5. Add salt and pepper to taste.
