My Period Prince

I had just gotten my period and had to go to school. Everything was fine the whole day, or so I thought! While changing for gym class, I discovered a HUGE stain on the back of my pants! My "friends" told me they had seen it but didn’t tell me because they were afraid they would "hurt my feelings." I was horrified, but luckily my guy BFF had shut all his friends up before the teasing could start.

Hey missy, sorry wish I could. Periods can be tricky sometimes so it's kinda hard to tell when you'll get it. Just know they come when the time is right. Some friends. Guy friends are a very good way to go. (especially when you like video games, just sayin.) Also, those "friends" of yours probably didn't get that if you knew, it would help you, not hurt you. Just say so, you'd do the same for them. If they really are your friends, they would do anything in their power to protect you.

I'm sorry you get really bad cramps. What can help is excercising weekley. I got bad cramps like once but since I have been excercising they aren't bad and my periods are lighter.

MODMODMODMODMODMODMOD I have really bad cramps when i get my peroid it is even bad enough ones where i cant go to school. They have been this bad since i got my peroid when i was 9. Do you have any suggestions on how to make them not as bad?? Help, Please

hey girl! When my cramps are bad, I take Tylenol or Ibuprofen to ease the pain a bit. Also, there are meds like Midol made especially for that time of the month. You can also talk to you doctor to see if there is anything else you might be able to do. best, Kristen
