Get Buff

Exfoliate once this week to buff off dead skin. Consider it the finishing touch on your clear-skin treatment (don’t get into the habit of exfoliating too often, though!).

Go Under Cover

If you’ve got acne scars or pimples that you wanna cover up, use a concealer topped off with a loose powder.

Conceal Rx Physicians Strength Concealer, $9, physiciansformula.com

Use a smaller brush to cover up trouble spots and a bigger brush to blend the foundation in together. For a tan-inspired glow, blend a little bronzer on top.

You’re Done!

At the end of this week, take a look in the mirror. Your skin should be smoother, clearer, and healthier. If you’re still breaking out, it may be time to see a dermatologist. He or she can create a customized plan for you.

You don't have a month, which is totes fine, but if you wash your skin readily, eat healthy foods, exercise, and drink lotsa water, then you'll be set for the first day. I used an acne/pimple treatment cream 'Clearasil Ultra' but my skin got really ITCHY. It was like chicken -pox all over again. So i took it off but then the area around the place where i had applied the cream turned red!I don't generally have problems with the products i use and no allergies either. i need to get a new pimple treatment cream which is better for my skin. What should i get?

I'm sorry to hear that. Sounds like you had a reaction to that product. I would let your skin breathe for a little bit and stick to some basic cleansers and face washes. Give your skin a break, while keeping it clean and healthy, and see what happens.

I have to see a dermo my acne is so bad I have to take medication twice a day and use two different face washes and one type of ointment and it makes my skin so dry but it works...kinda.

Look for Clear&Clean, Neutrogena and AcneFree product kits. To get rid of a cold, make sure your bod isn't too exposed and take some plenty of medicine. Also try putting vaseline or petroleum jelly underneath your nose and on your chest.

Hey girl! An exfoliator tries to get some of the dirt out of your pores and clean your face and a face wash might just clean your face. You can always talk to a doctor about what products might work best for your skin.

Yogurt is easy and fast and it has calcium and protein in it. Try yogurt and some fruit. If that won't fill you up, make a quick peice of buttered toast to go with it!

Sometimes zits are just a part of growing up. It's good you are taking care of your skin with Proactive though. If it makes you feel better, try imagining what your skin would look like if you didn't use anything! If you'd like, you can go to the doctor. Doctor's can give you a special prescription for acne meds.

You could always try to sleep with your hair in curlers. It'll give you a bouncey look in the morning and draw lots of attention your way. OR you could wear your hair down for a change. You might think that straight means boring, but if you always wear it up this will be a new do for you.

MOD!! I love miley cyrus's hair! I want to do it on my hair. I have tried doing a lot of the stuff you suggest ( like scrunching and curling) but it doesn't looked right. My hair is straight and about an inch below my collar bone. Is there anything I can do to get that style?

Try getting a friend or relative to help you style your hair at first. Try using a curling iron or sleeping with curlers overnight before scrunching your hair for that messy look. Use products like hairspray to help hold the curl and keep a bouncy volume at the roots.

He was probably a bit mean to you because you hurt him when you said you couldn't date him. It wasn't intentional, but he could have been down about that. He could have also been trying to respect your older brother by distancing himself from you. If he wants to be friends now and you still want to be friends with him then you should because it's always better to have someone you want in your life then not.

I have pretty clear skin, but right now I have a pesky whitehead in the middle of my nose, the oiliest part of my face. I wash my face twice a day, and I've been applying cream with benzoyl peroxide, but nothing's working. It's really red, which is the worst part. Do you have any tips?

Hey girl, try looking for products geared towards getting rid of whiteheads. They contained diff ingredients than those for spot treatment of zits. As for the redness, that probably means you're drying it out. Keep the benzoyl peroxide off it for now and keep the spot clean. Different products work with diff kind of zits (blackheads vs. acne vs. whiteheads) so make sure you're using the right products for each prob spot. Hope this helps!

Hey Girls, if you want to get rid of pimples FAST, get any good brand spot treatment with BENZOYL PEROXIDE. You don't have to spend, like, 40 bucks on some system. You can get something like Clean&Clear or Neutrogena (I don't suggest anything like Clearasil or AcneFree or Proactiv)...it really does work! But don't just put it on the pimples, spread it around on areas you're prone to getting acne. If you have really serious acne, it might take a little while, but this cleared my skin right up. Remember: BENZOYL PEROXIDE keyword! I also wash with Neutrogena Oil-Free Acne wash in Pink Grapefruit. Hope this helped!

thnx for helping me out but i have 1 more question, how do you curl your hair like vanessa hudgens hair? my hair is choppy, thick n straight! i natural curl it by like taking a shower at night putting sections of my hair into a bun, keeping the bobby pins on it to keep it on and sleep over night with it n it gives me curly waves but i want really curly beachy waves like vanessas hair! thnx

Hey girl, try using a 1-inch curling iron with your mom's help or rolling your hair in fabric curlers overnight. Both of them are available at your local Target or Walmart and will help you get that curly look you're looking for. Good luck girlie, and hope this helps!
