Leaks happen. And since we never know if our flow will be heavy or light, be prepared in case the dreaded “spot on the pants” occurs. Back up your tampon with a panty liner. This way if a leak happens, you’ll avoid the embarrassment and reduce the risk of ruining a pair of pants.

Help! Whenever i get my period, you can see my pad through my shorts. Its so embaressing! My mom wont let me wear tampons and I dont want to anyways. What should I do? And how can I not have my pad show?

Hey babe, you should get some sort of spandex or short, tight shorts to wear under your normal shorts while you're on your period.

What a great idea, and with the people who have a hard time of inserting a regular size or large tampon inside because they are too big around or too thick, they could use a small or petite size tampon and then double up with a panty liner.
