Need something to lug around your books and binders…and your old backpack just isn’t making the grade? Try customizing a plain white tote with fabric paint.
• Plain canvas tote (white works best to show off different colors) • Accessories like pins or ribbon to add flair to your bag • Fabric Paint (Try Tulip’s Fabric Spray Paint)
Tip: Try one of these techniques for a different design- • Stencil: Place stencil on fabric and spray inside the stencil. • Distressed: Spray lighter color on dark fabric and vice-versa.

sounds fun. here's another craft idea. take an old t shirt that u luv but ur mom is bugging you bout gettin rid of it. take the shirt turn it inside out and sew shut the bottom, and the sleeves. turn it back right side out and stuff it. then sew the neckline shut. ta-da! you have an old shirt into a one of a kind pillow! enjoy! luv ya

sorry, i don't really like it. Bt dubbs (btw) if you want to make cute totes you should: find a SUPER cute shirt that is really small then cut off the sleaves, and sew up the bottom-AND TA-DA! It's ok if you don't like it, but i think you should try something new, anyways i dunno how to make my profile public. xoxoxo love, Dimond rings, pretty things, and of course all the chicitas on GL!!!!!!!!!!

That's cute, but how in the world can it carry any books??? It's too small and thin to really work as a backpack...nice idea though
