My best friend and I had been going strong for a year. I also had a GREAT BF for a little less than a year. Well, about a week after my BF dumped me, he went out with my BFF! I told her how hurt I was that she violated the ultimate BFF code-going out with my ex. She ignored me and continued going out with him until he dumped her. She wanted to be friends again, but never apologized.

BFF Fix-it: What your friend did was definitely a major betrayal. It would hurt any girl if her bestie start dating her ex RIGHT after they called it quits. I kinda might have a cutting problem...
So I strated in october, cutting on my leg nothing deep just a little blood, but when my one friend found out she was so mad she stopped being my friend until i stopped so I stopped. I hadnt cut in 2 months, then about 2 weeks ago i read something that made me belive the kid i liked alot might have a gf and i cut on my leg 4 times...2 were pretty deep. I thought I could control it but now whenever i get mad/sad i automaticlly look for anything sharp and try to cut. 3 of my friends know, 1 is ok with it cause she does it too. the other two made me promise to stop, but stopping isnt that easy. I REFUSE to tell my parents so yeah. Any ways I can stop?

MoD*mOd*MoD*mOd i need help!!! okay, so my bff (lets call her lucy) dated dis guy (lets call him joe) a few yrs ago. they broke up, but she still had lingering feelings for him. so they were on and off again (as in flirting and planning on dating, but nvr actually settling down to it) till a couple months ago. then lucy decided she was done getting hurt. now she has a new bf, and shes absolutely crazy about him. shes never liked a guy as much as she likes him. she says shes finally over joe. now, i lyk joe. he has a gf, so its not lyk anything cld ever happen, but i still feel guilty. i havent tld lucy. is it wrong to lyk joe? shld i tell lucy? if one day, he and his gf break u, would it be okay for me to go out wit him (w/ lucy's permission, of course)? or shld i just stay away? since he has a gf, its not lyk i flirt wit him, but still. i feel awful!!!

hey girl! It's good that you aren't trying to win over Joe's heart since he has a gf. I'd let Lucy know, especially since she's so over him. You shouldn't feel guilty! MOD MOD Is it okay to recycle bf's? I mean there are only so many good guys out there. So it would only be natural that we might start liking a guy that one of our friends dated before. How tough do you think it is to date an ex of a friend? And do you think that there would be a lot of questioning from both sides?

Hey girl! It is okay to recycle a few boys if it's cool with all your girls. It can be done but it also can be tricky because there may be feelings involved. Just talk it out with both sides and you can work something out!

Hey girl, take a deep breath there. When it comes to guys and your girls, remember the rule: sisters before misters. Sure, this guy may be charming and great, but your friends can't help they like him -- neither can you. What girls usually do is they agree to drop the guy to keep their friendship together. The good news though? There are tons of guys out there. So instead of sweating this mess out, remember what's really important. Don't let guys come in the way of your totes great friendships. Find a compromise point and maybe a new target and those flare-ups will cool down quickly.

MOD! Ok, I have a pretty sticky sitch. I have two bffs and a good friend who is close to being a bff. i usually hang out with one friend (who i'm going to call D). We have twin friends who hang with a really petty and nasty girl. D and I just want to hang with the twins, but the mean girl (M) is always around! We both don't like M. D is afriad she's turning the twins against us. Whenever she's being a brat, I walk away. Only prob? My other friends are busy with their friends. i don't like intruding. what do i do!

hey girl! If you don't like M, you don't have to be mean, just talk more to D. If you and D don't want to hang out with M so much, ask the twins to hang out with you for a little while.
