How can I get rid of blackheads in my ears?!

I have blackheads in my ear and I don't know how to get rid of them!

What are some ways to help them just disappear?

Hey chica,

I can totally understand what you’re going through. Blackheads can be a total pain. But don’t sweat it because with a few easy steps, you’ll be blackhead-free in a blink!

Before I tell you the oh-so easy method though, you should know that clogging your pores is what causes these zits. After you get rid of your current blackheads, make sure you take the time to prevent them from showing up in the first place! Wash your face and ears with a cleanser daily and make sure it’s the right product for your skin.

Presenting...super-easy steps for blackhead-free ears!

1. Use a mild scrub to remove any dead cells. It’ll help your blackheads show up more clearly.

2. Dry your ears by patting down gently.

3. Using a warm/hot cloth, exfoliate your pores in the blackhead area. Simply place the cloth on 'em and wait about 10 minutes. This will really help later.

4. Repeat step two.

5. Wrap the tip of your fingers with tissues. You don’t want any germs from your finger moving to your face or your fingers to slip!

6. Apply some pressure to both sides of the exposed blackhead by pushing down, then up. You're applying pressure from underneath the blackhead so the oil that’s clogged in comes out. If it doesn’t pop out, your black head might not be ready to come out yet. You should try the warm cloth again so that you’re not irritating your skin constantly.

Keep up the good habits

With these easy steps, your ears will be smooth and clear in no time! Of course, you may be wondering: “why can’t I just use nose strips?” Well, nose strips are strictly for the nose and can actually peel off your healthy skin cells, too (what a waste!). So, choose a good amount of time to attack your blackheads one at a time and you’ll feel and look great for sure!

hey chica, i sometimes have the same prob. i have my mom or older sis check my ears once every couple of weeks and the pop whatever is im them. Most girls also have the same prob but they are problably to scared to say anything. Go talk to your mom she problably gets blackheads in her ears to.

***MOD*** i have blackheads on my nose, and they look like they are either below the surface or just not matured. wat kind of scrub do i use for that? my clean n clear doesnt help and apparently milk of magnesia helps but it only helped me when i broke out once. wat can i use? thxxx...

Go to Walmart or CVS and look for face washes by brands like Neutrogena that are specifically fromulated for blackheads.

Hey babe, ask your mom to help you determine which kind you have by looking for things like dryness or oily spots. Maybe you can talk about new tv shows, music or movies. I'm sure you can think of something!

i have some guy questions. (i will number my questions). I like this guy. his name is andy. i talk to him all the time when we text. MODMODMOD!!! Ok my best friend and my best guy friend were dating and there were a lot of rumors going around. Some of them were that my bestguyfriend was dating her to get to me...that he had almost kissed a girl at a football game while he was dating my bff...and the other one was that he told like 5 girls that he 'loved' them. The rumors have kinda broken us up. Everyone got mad and my bff told this kid to tell my best guy friend that she wanted to break up with him. He got mad and my friend and i started sending him notes to try to talk to him. I used to believe the rumors but now i don't and my friend doesn't either. I think my best guy friend is still mad though. Its gonna be really weird at school tomorrow because it started on wednesday and thursday and we didn't have school on friday!!! they might get back together but idk...IDK WHAT TO DO!!! I STILL LIKE MY GUY FRIEND...LIKE LIKE HIM!!! IDK HOW TO ACT AROUND HIM OR IF HE WILL HANG OUT WITH US ANYMORE!!! PLEASE HELP!!!

Hey girl! You guys should just talk it out. If you're really worried, just try to catch him at a good time and try to explain your side of what's going on. You guys will get a lot more worked out that way!

MOD MOD MOD!! When I get my period I sometimes leak a little bit off of the pad.. I don't like wearing tampons because they can be very uncomfortable. I get so freaked out at school that I'm gonna leak! I don't have any sweatpants, so I'm stuck wearing jeans! Should I just wear my darker jeans while I'm on it? Is there any way to prevent this?

Hey girl! Try pads with wings that go around the edges of your underwear and be sure to change it often! You can wear some darker jeans while you have your period to make you feel more comfortable!

I have scars on my face from pimples. Is there a way for me to get rid of them?

You can try covering them with concealer, or try a lightening cream for scars. Eventually they will fade with time!

i used to have them but then my mom took a needle then took it and put it in the black head and scraped it and took the dirt out it took a little bit but it was worth it and every now or then wash it with a wash cloth

Hey chicky, I'm not sure. Your ears and nose are two different places, so zits in those spots may be treated differently. But try it and see how your skin reacts.

in fifth grade, i had to take picture retakes cuz my hair was in an ugly half pony tail, my shirt looked weird and i had a huge blackhead right in the middle of my nose!

MOD, I'm in 8th grade and I play volleyball. Next year in high school, I have to make a hard decision between playing softball or volleyball. You can only choose one. First I will talk about softball.. I used to play a lot when I was little and I liked it but I thought it was kinda boring. My sister plays softball all the time and she will be a senior next year when I am a freshman. My dad and my sister both want me to play softball because it will be a lot easier both playing the same sport, plus a lot of fun. My dad also says he thinks I naturally could be a superstar pitcher. And he says since this isn't my main sport anyways, (basketball is) That i should play one that is more relaxed and just for fun. My sister says I won't be scared to go to softball every day like I would be for volleyball. But Volleyball... I like volleyball too and I'm probably the best on our team. But the high school program is bad. The head coach is very mean and my family doesn't like her. (THey love the softball coach because she is nice and laid back) But I like volleyball more than I like softball. My coach this year for 8th grade says she thinks I could be a rockstar at volleyball in high school because I can play wherever I want.. Hitter, Setter, or back row. Also, I know this shouldn't be part of my decision, but all my friends are playing volleyball. I don't want to feel out of the group. But I hear that a lot of volleyball players go home crying from practices because of the coach and because she literally makes them run forever some practices. I just can't decide what to do... If it weren't for such a bad coach for volleyball, I'd choose that for sure. But she just isn't a good coach and my family doesn't like her either... None of my friends are playing softball but my sister is.. and she will be a senior, a pretty important year. I'm sorry this is so long, I just want advice from somebody who isn't trying to persuade me to play one sport or the other. What do you think i should do? Please help me :/ thanks!

Hey chica, I think you should follow your heart but use your head. You obviously love volleyball more than softball, so go for it! Sure, the coach may be mean and the practices are intense, but that is what sports all are about. Hard work and pressure. That's how you get really good at them. So I vote volleyball!

I hardly ever get pimples ... I don't think I've ever had a blackhead. But if I do, popping is definitely the best way to get rid of it.

I have a problem in my group of friends. Well three of my friends are fighting. I am not gonna be involved and they know that but they still gossip about each other and since I'm not gonna be involved I tell the person they gossiped about what the other said. I feel like I'm making it worse for all of us. I have been hanging out with my other friends too the ones that aren't fighting. What can I do though about the girls that are fighting? They are sorta fighting about me. Like two girls said the other always spends time with me and "hogs" me and that they want to hang out with me too. What really got them though was when I went to Disney World with that girl and we kept talking about it. That started it all. What can I do? Please help. Thanks a bunch.

Your best bet is to stay out of it. Theyre asking you to take sides and you can't and shouldn't. Tell them it's too much for you to handle and that you'll give them their space until they compromise. Best, Miliana
