I get brown clumps on my pad during my period, and it freaks me out!

MOD MOD MOD MOD I have been having my period for about 5 years now and I have NEVER had a problem with it starting late other than a couple of days off. Now, its almost 10 days and NOTHING! There's no sign of it starting. I've already been through the craving stage and the having to go to the bathroom all the time but now thats behind me and it still hasn't started. I'm starting to get a little worried. Can you tell whats wrong??

Ok. I am 13 and got my period in September 2009. I am a dancer and I would like to start pointe class. When should I start in order to cause the least damage to my body?

 

Hey girl, what does your period have to do with ballet class? The girls I know that did pointe gradually moved into it from a lower level ballet class. Check to see if your ballet center offers that. xo JANA

Take the stairs more than once. When you’re at home, run up and down the stairs three or four times before heading to your room. It’s a sneaky way to stay active.
