I get brown clumps on my pad during my period, and it freaks me out!
What’s wrong?
Nothing like brown clumps to remind you that periods are, well, icky! But relax—you’re fine. When a girl’s flow is in full force, it tends to be red. But when it slows down, it becomes brown from air exposure.
Plus, your uterus is self-cleaning, so when you menstruate you shed its lining. That means clumps and clots are not only OK, they’re part of the process.

Help me! I talk in my sleep! My family recently went on a trip- and we all stayed in one hotel room. It's so embarrassing because then I mumbled all night! The next day my mom asked me what i had been talking about, and i didn't remember anything. What can I do???

Thats why I use tampons. I hate pads, they make me feel gross.

Flavor: Rich, sweet chocolate cake smothered with creamy icing. Mmmm!
Fab Fact: Indulge in this new 2013 flavor inspired by the popular cupcake.
