MOD MOD MOD MOD I have been having my period for about 5 years now and I have NEVER had a problem with it starting late other than a couple of days off. Now, its almost 10 days and NOTHING! There's no sign of it starting. I've already been through the craving stage and the having to go to the bathroom all the time but now thats behind me and it still hasn't started. I'm starting to get a little worried. Can you tell whats wrong??

Hey girl, what does your period have to do with ballet class? The girls I know that did pointe gradually moved into it from a lower level ballet class. Check to see if your ballet center offers that. xo JANA

Hey girl, sounds like you may be spotting which is a sign that could be your period, girlie. Be sure to wear pantyliners. It's def normal during your first couple years with your period for that to happen.

I don't think they're actually that size - they might be exaggerating a little. You will almost definitely lose weight by going vegan and cutting out desserts but if you're hypoglycemic you have to be careful what you eat because you could really put yourself in danger. Talk to your doctor before you make any big changes in your diet. And of course I don't get annoyed Smile It's my job, after all, answering your questions is why I'm here.

I have tons of probs but 2day I'll keep it simple and not write 2 much Ok I have hypoglycemia but I've gained too much weight and I'm gonna cut out all fried foods and dessserts and become vegan (well not extremely just avaoid all meat not go to the extreme of cheese and stuff with a bit of meat in it) but I need protein so what should I do I've tried not eating much but because of this I get headaches and even sometimes get dizzy and faint!!! As a former vegan, I can tell you it's really tough to stay healthy! You have to eat plenty of dark green veggies and beans - hummus is really good for vitamins and is really tasty! You can also try tofu or fake meat products. A lot of them are delicious if made right and they have all the vitamins you need.

There are some girls who shave all of it and some that don't shave at all.  It's up to you what you want to do. It can be trickier than shaving your legs but if you do it right it won't be too uncomfortable.

i use a tampon but lately my period has been lasting longer than usual normally its only 2 days but so far its been a week and im still on it! i told my mom and she said to stop using the tampons because when you take them out it just makes you bleed more so i've been wearing pads but still no stopping! and my friend is going to the doc because hers has been going on for 2 weeks now. she thinks she's sick tho... and idk about me. what do you think about it??

Most periods last anywhere from four to nine days. Until it's been longer than that you probably don't need to worry. I'm not sure if tampons make that much of a difference but I've never heard that before.

One day i had a cramp in the place where it sometimes mean your going to get a period,in my case the first, and I wore a pad. I freked out, bt it didnt happen. I'll wear tampons because mam sayys you cant feel them, and when i wore that pad it was annoying!!
