i always listen to "shake it" by metro station and "young folks" by peter bjorn and john. totally great for running on the a treadmill. also, i have this really great underwater ipod case i use for swimming and i always listen to "knock 'em out" by lily allen, "you don't know me" by ben folds and regina spektor, "dog days are over" by florence and the machine, and "campus" by vampire weekend. they're cathcy!
