Get in your best shape in 10 minutes a day!
 
Between homework and extracurrics, it can be tough to squeeze in time to breathe, let alone a major workout. That's why we've compiled our best-ever fast, fit and fun tips so you can feel amazing in just a few minutes a day. Plus, we're dishing on nutritious, on-the-go snacks to gobble and easy ideas that'll keep you fit during the holidays. Yep, sharing up this fall is gonna be a breeze!
 
Week 3: Get an A.M. Health Blast
 
EATS Fatty foods were recently linked to a decline in memory (a drag during major tests!). Lots of breakfast foods (like sausage and French toast) can be stacked with the stuff. Oatmeal, cereal with skim milk and whole-wheat English muffins and an egg are better.
EXERCISE Take five minutes in the morning to do calisthenics or stretch. "It can make a difference if you're consistent," celeb trainer Missy Beaver swears. Aim to exercise 30 minutes, three days a week.

okay, so this is really weird. i really like this guy and he gave me his number so we could text and stuff. he was always texting me yesterday but this morning he texted me and said hey hey. i said hey hey girlfriend in a jk sort of way, and he was just like that was really creepy and he just stopped texting me. it was really weird. cuz i was talking to him in person today but when i got on the bus this afternoon and texted him hey and he still hadn't replyed. i know youre going to say give him some time, but he was texting me all the time yesterday. what's up with him?




Hey babe,

I think he just didn't get your joke. It's hard to get a sense of what people are really saying when they're texting because you can't hear the tone of their voice. Next time you see him let him know it was a joke and make sure he isn't too freaked out by it.

This program sounds sooo cool!!! i haven't heard of it until now, when my friend told me about it and said it was awesome!! But it says that you guys are on week three but i really want to get started now. do i have to wait until its week one again? or should i start now?...i'm not sure...what should i do?

i stretch every morning!! and then i go running every day after school so i think i have plenty of exercise, plus i usually eat cereal, fruits, or an omelet with toast for breakfast.

Okey, I am going to really really try to get up 10 min earlier to stretch out in the morning. The only prob is I usually stretch before bed so I'm worried that I might get either tired in the morning or get wide awake at night.

Save the animals, be healthy, and stop global warming by going vegetarian. I have been a vegetarian for a year and 5 months.What is it? A vegetarian is when your diet contains no meat. How does it save animals? It obviously helps to stop the slautering of animals such as cows and chicken. How can you eat them when they are so cute (they are your friends).How does it improve your health? It cuts out lots of fat and chlosteral and you won't be overweight and you will have a healthy heart!Plus, reduces your chance of diseases and cancer. How does it stop global warming? Lots of energy is used in meat factories and butchering. The factory also creates pollution. It also kills trees so there is room for farms that kill animals for profit. I have blue eyes (SOMEtimes they look greenish) and about midshade [not really dark blue, not bright]. I have pale skin, somewhat tan. Like a normal skin tone. Darkish brown hair down to my bottom shoulder blade. Its poofy straight, which makes it look wavy. Like when i get outta the shower its very wavy and when it dries, it gets poofy. I have braces and Juicy glasses. Now that you see what I look like ( Smile ) what makeup should I wear? Help me choose colors more along the lines of eyeliner, shadow, and blush. Even lipgloss- nothing more!

 

Try some brown liner, blue/green shadow, and rosy blush that blends nicely with your skin tone. Best,

Cool! I always stretch in the morning, and since I can't eat dairy, I just have fruit, cereal, and soymilk for breakfast or oatmeal.
