ok i started havin these werid mood swings ( there not bipolar like though) but they started happening in school. i told my friends so they no if i go off on them its not that i rlly wanted 2. but how do i try to stop them during the day b4 ppl start 2 make fun of me for cry ( even more)HELP!!!

Hey girl, those weird mood swings are part of puberty and hormones unfortunately, girl. As for 2, the best way to handle your mood swings is to be sure to take care of yourself. Exercise for stress relief. At school, try to maintain your composure. I know it may be hard, but it's super important. Mood swings tend to peak right before your period, so know it won't always be so weird. The best thing you can do for your friends though is to give them the heads up you have. It'll all be alright.

i want to paint my walls but im not sure my mom or dad will let me do it right now they are like a tan with brownish stipes of diffrent shades what color do you think i should paint them and how should i convince both my parents into leting me do it???

Hey girl! Try talking to your 'rents and seeing how they feel about the sitch. Knowing their feelings may make it easier to chose a color! Maybe you all can come to a compromise!

Hey girl! Try picking up volleyball or basketball. You can find a court for either around and try practicing it. Pick up a ball and a few friends and try it out!

my room is blue with a rainbow on it and i drew these rainbow elephants on paper and colored them with highliters so my room is really peaceful yet energizing. also i have a strobe light, a disco ball and lava lamps and mini disco balls hanging from my ceiling. yay lol

Hey girl! When you wake up, shut your alarm off and immediately leave your room. Go to your living room or somewhere and do some streches until you feel your self wake up a little!
