When the kids are getting really bored on a rainy day or any day really, pop on some tunes and let them put on a "concert" for you. It'll really keep 'em busy. Have them dress up as their fave star or make up their own rocker persona. Don't forget the dance moves!

You could even play paparazzi and take some snaps and videos of your singing sensations. We're sure mom and pops (and the kiddies, too!) will get a real kick of 'em later on.

What can lyrics in a song be about???????

Hey babe,

They can be about anything you're thinking about! A lot of songwriters write about things that happen in their lives, like relationships or friendships, but a lot of other songwriters write about things that haven't happened, like making up a story and singing it instead of writing it. There are even songs about peaches ("peaches" by the presidents of the united states) or instruments ("mandy" by the spinto band or "acoustic guitar" by the magnetic fields) or pets ("virtute the cat explains her departure" by the weakerthans) or things that have happened in history ("holland 1945" by neutral milk hotel, "apres moi" by regina spektor, "dr. king" by mason jennings). Just write about whatever you think is interesting!
