*MOD* I'm really scared for the H1N1 flu. I live in Toronto and they're talking about vaccinations for it, and I think I wanna get it. But it's not for another 2 weeks. How can I keep myself healthy untill then?
Also, my mother is 6 months pregnant. I saw on the news that if a pregnant person gets it it's way more dangerous. She says she dosn't want to take the vaccination though... so now I'm kinda worried... how can I stop myself from worrying about this?
One more thing, I'm on my period and getting major cramps and major mood swings... I take Advil but at school I don't so it hurts so much, and my mood swings are wierd. Very wierd. I'm hyper but then I wanna sleep but I can't 'cause I'm restless... how can I help this?

Hey babe,

The H1N1 flu isn't affecting people your age quite so much, so you shouldst make sure you wash your hands a lot and drink plenty of fluids and get a lot of rest. Eating healthy is also a great way to stay healthy. Your mom will probably be fine too and some of the H1N1 vaccines are actually not supposed to be given to pregnant women anyway. As long as she takes care of herself (which I'm sure she's doing anyway because of the baby) then she'll be fine. As for your mood swings, it's unfortunately just one of those things you have to wait out. When your period is over it should stop. probably be okay. Ju

Save the animals, be healthy, and stop global warming by going vegetarian. I have been a vegetarian for a year and 5 months.What is it? A vegetarian is when your diet contains no meat. How does it save animals? It obviously helps to stop the slautering of animals such as cows and chicken. How can you eat them when they are so cute (they are your friends).How does it improve your health? It cuts out lots of fat and chlosteral and you won't be overweight and you will have a healthy heart!Plus, reduces your chance of diseases and cancer. How does it stop global warming? Lots of energy is used in meat factories and butchering. The factory also creates pollution. It also kills trees so there is room for farms that kill animals for profit.
