Cold weather keepin' ya inside? Sigh. If the weather outside is frightful, keeping your room cozy is a must. Spruce up your space so it's all warm 'n' toasty before winter sets in.

Hey babe. I totally feel you about needing to change up your space, but not being able to paint. There are tons of things you can do to spruce up your room. If you want to make your room look larger try adding a fun mirror. Try removable wall stickers, posters, new curtains, wall tapestries, etc.  Why not make a collage of fashion inspiration or fun times with friends and put that up? MOD I have a small room, and it seems even smaller because it is pretty much the shape of a square.I really want to make a cozy little area for me to curl up with a book and read relax I have a meduim high loft bed because my ceiling is low,space under that, a kinda largish closet (not like half of a walk in closet), a desk at the end of my bed, a dresser next to my bed where my rodent's cages are, and two nightstands to the left of it. Any idea what I could do to make a cozy area? Also: I know this may sound bad but I get jelous when my friends break legs or arms or whatever. I guess because they get so much attention when they are at activities like choir. Like I feel sorry for them but I just get jelous when they are the center of attention and I feel like I'm the third hing which doesn't get the oil. How can I stop the jelous monster from gettting to me? SORRY ABOUT THE LONG MESSAGE!

 

Hey girl!  You can get a plush bean bag or chair to stick in a corner if you have any room.  If there isn't much room to spare, invest in a body pillow or back rest to put on your bed for a cozy and comfy reading spot.  Secondly, it sounds like you just crave the attention, not the broken bone.  Sure attention is nice, but keep in mind they're getting it because something bad happened to them.  As much as the attention is nice, it's so not worth going through that kind of pain!  best, Kristen

That sounds really dangerous.  5 miles is an easy car ride, but with the weather and darkness of the night it could be really dangerous and not a smart idea, although the thought is sweet.  If he has a bike that may be better, or try asking your parents for a ride to the movies or another friends house,and meeting there to all hang out!

Water proof mascara or eye liner, and remember it's rainy, you can't control the weather, and everyone will be in the same boat! If your hair and makeup aren't perfect, it doesn't matter! As long as you're having fun, you'll look great!  For hair in the rain...I suggest wearing two braids or a slicked back ponytail!

i'm gonna get my hair cut, and i need a new style. i have a kinda heart shaped, but still a little square shaped. i thot my cheeks were just chubby cuz im only starting to mature physically, but my jawbone is actually set like that. so my face is like kinda round, and a heart too.
i want to grow my hair out, but its getting splitty again, and i want a new style. lots of girls at my school have the straight across bangs and side bangs, and i want somethin unique. my hair is below my shoulders, and blonde. its thick and coarse, and has a little natural wave, but not enough that i can work into a hairstyle. Hey chica, try getting the black liquid eyeliner (Mac has a great eyeliner products) and apply it to either or both your top and bottom lid. Just glide the pencil along your lids and it will make your eyes pop. Smile

Hey missy, the next time he asks you who you like tell him you'll only tell him if he tells you who he likes first. That way the tables will be turned and he'll be put on the spot and have to admit who he likes. Also ask him why who you like, matters to himso much. Depending upon his answer, you should be able to tell if he likes you. Pull the girl to the side, where you can talk privately. Let her know you like being her friend and enjoy her company but need your space sometime. Tell her you guys can hang some other time, but right now you need to be with your friends. Hope this helps! Today I found out that my BFF will be coming trick-or-treating with me. I am so stoked, since we've never done this before. But, I just started feeling a little achey, a head rush everytime I sit up, and my stomach has been a real problem too. My mom says that if I don't get any better, I have to call it quits. I think it's okay to like people who are older than you, but when you're still in high school or middle school I think that acting on liking anyone more than a year older than you is a bad idea. There are a lot of big differences between years during that time!
