Help others and feel great about yourself -compliment a friend -bake a batch of cookies for a neighbor -if you understand something in school and notice that someone is having trouble, offer to help them -hold the door for someone -offer to babysit for free -post friendly comments on girls' profiles -smile! I don't even like soda. It's so bad for you. For girls who don't like water, try adding lemon. You could also try to drink more milk. Comment on my profile for healthy advice or if you have any vegetarian ideas for me. Thanks!
