MOD I am in 7th grade and am looking to change up my style right now im pretty preppy cuz my mom is. But i want to have my own style. im into alternative music and like that sorta look but dont want to stand out really bad at school any ideas.

 

hey girl.  Try pairing your preppy, feminine clothes with some funky, one-of-a-kind accessories for a look that edgy and soft.  Pair a pretty colored cardigan and a simple top with black skinny jeans, a pendant necklace, and a cuff bracelet.  Or take that simple, girly floral dress and amp up the volume with funky colored tights, a beret, or edgy jewelry.  ~Kristen <3

MOD I have an 8th grade boyfriend and im in 7th grade my mom knows about it but the only time i will see him outside of school would be at high school football games but there r no more of those my mom wont let me go on a date exactly with him but is there anyway to see him outside of school with out going on a date with him

I heart everything expect the boots. I've never liked that shade of pink for some reason. And if you look around you can get a pair of Doc Martens for $30. Or you could get some mary jane type shoes but with a really chunky heel. Haha I have a pair and am wearing them right now.

fashion flash!!!: i just found something that looks wicked cool!! take one plain colored thick headband (this look is so simple!!) put it on normally with ur hair down. then put on a really thin headband with some sort of decoration like bows or rinestines and put that headband on top of the other! it is a a three second layered look!!!

Okay, I have a question. Do you know if the flu shot hurts a lot? Cause my mom said she wants me to get it and needles are my biggest fear, so im kinda scared =(....also do you know if the tetanus shot hurts, cause i have to get that later on in the school year and im scared about that one too cause i dont wanna cry in front of all my friends, so do you know any tricks on how to stay calm and to help it not hurt?

You are going to feel a pinch and your arm is going to be a bit sore after both injections (it's just the vaccine working it's magic), but it's not going to last forever. Take an Advil about 30 minutes before your flu shot (check with your mom to make sure this is ok), so that your arm won't hurt as much after the shot.

mod!lately, ive been feeling really sad w/out my best friend who lives about 30 mins away from me and goes to a different school. we've known each other for 5 years and we've stuck together through school changes, and moving across the country so we have a really strong bond. we've been having sleepovers, going to the movies, or going to the mall almost every weekend but i still miss her a lot. how do i make myself feel better? also, whats a good website to get inspiration for outfits? like pictures and stuff of cute outfits.

It depends on where you live. Try googling Disney auditions and you are bound to find something. I live in Vancouver and they are happening all of the time here. Also, try listening to your local radio stations for advertisements for young actors.

hey !!! so i need help . next week on friday we have a dance at skool which i will attend to . the apparel is like jeans and a top really casual . The prob is i saw a really cute tank on the american eagle site and when i went today to the store , they werent gonna get it till the 15 th and the dance is on the 13 th !!!!! my rents wont buy me that top online so now im so stuck i have no clue what im gonna wear . it needs to be something revealing but not to much and sexy . which store do i go to ?? btw , i live in canada so no ambercombie and fitch or hollister . we have a forever 21 but its downtown and i dont hink im going any time soon . what should i wear ??

I wear contacts and i hate them. I clean them before I put them into my eyes and I apply my mascara after the lenses are in. The eyedoctor told me to do this but its not working. There is always mascara in them and it hurts! Even when i apply the mascara carefully it still falls into the contact!!! I hardly ever have a day were the contacts are completely comfortable! I even cried about it before because I know I need them but it hurts so much! Do you have any tips on how to still wear mascara with contacts? Thanks I would really appreciate it.

Try using an eye lash curler first. Only put mascara on your top lashes and make sure that you use a mascara that doesn't clump and leave extra residue to fall into your eyes. Hopefully this helps you out a bit!

That's so cool. You are going to have an amazing time! Don't go overboard on the makeup. Try some black eyeliner and mascara and a little bronzer to accentuate your check bones.
