Hey girl! You're outfit sounds super cute! For hair, keep it casual. If you want to do something other than wear it down (which can look great) try using a super cute bobby pin or clip and clip back the sides. Or do a cute side braid. Keep your makeup super simple. A little bit of blush, eyeshadow and mascara should do the trick. You can get a really pretty eyeshadow that shimmers and sparkles a bit to really get your bf to notice your eyes. Have fun!
