-bake a batch of cookies for a neighbor
-if you understand something in school and notice that someone is having trouble, offer to help them
-hold the door for someone
-offer to babysit for free

hey edgypunkrockerchick,
Im doing weight watchers and it works really well! I just excersise 30 minutes a day and drink alot of extra water. Also eat heathly foods and you should loose pretty quickly!

hey! guess what! you are my fav MOD! i have a ? for you. if i wanna lose 30 pounds by exercisng and doing Weight Watchers. how many times should walk a week and how long (lke a distance)?
btw i dance 3 hours and 15 minutes a week. also how much watr should i drink a day?

Hey girl! You should drink water every day and you could try walking for 15-30 minutes a day. Just make sure that you eat healthy.
