Get in your best shape in 10 minutes a day!
 
Between homework and extracurrics, it can be tough to squeeze in time to breathe, let alone a major workout. That's why we've compiled our best-ever fast, fit and fun tips so you can feel amazing in just a few minutes a day. Plus, we're dishing on nutritious, on-the-go snacks to gobble and easy ideas that'll keep you fit during the holidays. Yep, sharing up this fall is gonna be a breeze!
 
Week 5: Wild-card Workouts
 
EATS Even if you ate a pumpkin's worth of candy, keep goin' with those healthy ways. Hey, learning to strike a balance takes time. Undo that candy caper by having a calcium-packed snack like pudding or yogurt--dairy helps your bod metabolize fat faster.
EXERCISE By now, you should exercise four days a week for 40 minutes a pop. But results will halt if you're on autopilot. Plan three wild-card workouts (diff than your regular routine) and mix them in.

Hey girl, you can do either. Pick your choice. As long as you are getting your daily exercise in that is all that matters.

i really want to lose 10-20lbs by christmas. for family photos plu i want to be healthy and fit for next summer. what is a heathy way to lose the weight off my tummy and upper thighs?




Hey babe,




Cut out fatty foods (i.e. potato chips, french fries, etc.) and focus on a healthy diet of lean proteins like chicken or fish, lots of vegetables and fresh fruit, and make sure that you are drinking plenty of water. Make sure that you are getting enough sleep at night and get moving during the day. Go for a run or walk, do squats and lunges, do crunches. Don't push yourself too hard at first. Add time and repetitions as you become more comfortable with your workout.

Hey babe, loving someone takes a long time to do and you'd know if after spending a lot of time with someone and just feeling really great. There's really no right answer here, you'll just know.

MOD is it okay to jump in right to the Healthy You program now because I haven't exercised in a while but I want to be back in shape for soccer next year. Any ideas?




Hey girl! The sooner you start the better. I would start with cardio and weight training to build up endurance. The longer you exercise, the more endurance you build, which is the best thing to have for soccer.

Hey girl! Lip tints are just lip sticks that are more durable than the normal color. They last longer through eating and drinking!

Want to eat healthy but not ready to go full vegetarian?
Solution: Go semi-veg! This means that you will not eat cow and pig but still eat chicken and turkey (basically cutting out red meat). Or, you can give up all of those and just eat seafood.

Solution2: Moderation! Instead of every meal, eat meat just once a day or maybe once every couple days.

Solution3: Lower quantities! The average American eats 6 servings of meat a day (2 servings per meal) when all they need is 3 a day. How about you eat meat every meal but only half a serving each meal?
