Spanish Screw Up

I was in the middle of Spanish class and I was sitting right next to my crush. I got so preoccupied with staring at him that I wasn't paying any attention to the teacher. When she asked me a question, I answered something about something completely different! The whole class was laughing including my crush!! I was sooo embarassed!

I HATE taking money from my parents, family, etc. by doing extra chores and stuff....my parents are sooo not rich.
The thing is, I NEED money. I don't like babysitting, so what can I do?

Hey girl! Are you old enough to get a job? Maybe help a neighbor with raking leaves or shoveling snow for money. Your parents are probably more than willing to give you money for extra chores. If they didn't have it to give to you, they wouldn't.

Mod: For basketball all the players on game day have to wear our warm up sweats to school!! Ik that isn't to too bad, but they r HUGE! When u wear them u have to pull them up to ur boobs and they still fall down! How can I wear these to school and still look cute?

hey girl! try rolling the sweats to make sure they don't drag too much. Just wear a simple, figure-flattering tee on top. If everyone kows you're on the basketball team, they won't criticize you for wearing sweats, they'll admire you for your hard work and talent! best, Kristen <3

MOD! MOD! MOD! ok so recently i was walking my dog and my phone fell outta my pocket and took a pretty hard hit to the ground. it was the kind of phone that flips up and the top part that flips up broke in half. i got a new phone but i have a problem. my old phone had tons of memories on it that i don't want to loose. it has pictures of relatives that have passed on not to long ago, videos of my dog that died a few months ago and videos of my friends that I don't always see and it just had a lot of memories that I've lost. My new phone has to be a track phone for now so it can't transfer pics or vids or anything. I'm really sad because I'm never gonna see videos of my other dog on his last day or pics or vids of friends that I see like twice a year because they go to different schools. What can I do to make myself not feel like I threw all the memories away?

hey girl! if you still have your old phone, see if you can upload the videos and pics to a computer. If you can't, that's really disappointing, but as long as you keep all of those loved ones in your heart, you'll be fine. I know, I know, it sounds way cliche. But really, as long as you remember all of the good times with those who have passed, and try to keep in touch with your friends you don't see that often, things will work out. Best, Kristen <3

hey girl! For your skin, just make sure you put on lotion before you go to bed and throughout the day if you need it. For your hair, try messy buns and ponytails with headbands or braids along the side of your head, or try wearing it down and pinning back the sides with bobbypins for a sleek, put together look. best, Kristen <3

Hey missy, here are my two answers!

1. Mix and match different things in your closet to determine what looks good with what and what doesn't. Experiment with different styles in your hair. Don't forget clips and hair pins.

2. It may be best to stay tomorrow just in case you are sick, you don't want to infect anyone else. See how you feel Monday and decide if you well enough to go to school Tuesday. Feel better soon!

Hey chica, show them that you are responisble enough to make time for both. Plan out a scheldue that includes time for school, sports and hanging out. They'll see you know how to manage your time and may consider letting you do both.

Hey chicky, if you can't talk to her how will you know what she's upset over? If she isn't a face-to-face person. write her a letter. Let her know, you want to be her friend and ask her what you can do to make her feel better. If you guys do end your friendship just know it won't be the end of the world. You're still young and you'll make more friends.

MOD Okay I have a problhem.My BFF ( well my ex-BFF ) has been really mean lately. And she says its me. She says I am rude. But she won't even tell me what I am doing rude. She also sent me catty messages on a website saying " I don't want to talk to you. Ask Em about it", and the last one I got said " I don't want to accept your apolgoy. I don't want to be ur friend anymore!" We have been friends for 6 years and now she gets angry at me for everything and now doesn't want to be my friend. She even un friended me and everything. Do you think we can work this out? If so HOW? Thanks a ton.

Hey chica, the only way you guys would be able to work this out is if she wan't to. Since she's really angry and won't talk to you online, talk to her in person. Sit her down and ask her why she's mad at you and what you can do to make it better. You guys have been friends for too long to let something like this break you guys up. It seems like he does like you, but rejection is so bad. If you ask him out and he says no, that's okay. It won't be the end of the world and you'll know for sure how he feels about you. You only get one life to live so ask him out and what if he does like you? You would have missed your chance on having a good time and getting to know him because you were afraid he was going to say no to you. So go for it!
