MOD!!!!!!!!OMG! im so frikin mad! ok so my dad wont let me have my own itunes account bekus he wants to "moniter" wat i put on it. he also wont give me the frikin password. then i finally figured it out and he changed it ! grrrrrrrr! sorry im being all compliany but i just realy needed to vent. its MY music and i think i should be able to get it wen i want it you no? am i totally over reacting or is my father being way to over protective?! ( might i add that the music i listen to is all stuff my 7 year old brother could hear)!

Hey babe,

There is a lot of music out there that can be really inappropriate for younger kids so it's understandable that your dad wants to protect you from that, but making a big deal out of it won't help you get your way. Tell him you understand and that you hope that by monitoring your music he can figure out that he can trust you to listen to songs that are appropriate for you. He'll be more likely to change his mind if you show him you can be mature and reasonable.

Want to eat healthy but not ready to go full vegetarian?
Solution: Go semi-veg! This means that you will not eat cow and pig but still eat chicken and turkey (basically cutting out red meat). Or, you can give up all of those and just eat seafood.

Solution2: Moderation! Instead of every meal, eat meat just once a day or maybe once every couple days.

Solution3: Lower quantities! The average American eats 6 servings of meat a day (2 servings per meal) when all they need is 3 a day. How about you eat meat every meal but only half a serving each meal?
