Blueberries with oatmeal for breakfast, a cup of green tea and an orange as a snack and a spinach salad with salmon and walnuts for dinner. You’ll get a health boost, and nosh on some yummy foods.

I really need help, please.
Theres this boy (one of my bestfriends) who i really liked.
And He really liked me.
and we were all close, and like were almost more then friends.
but then one day i told him i dont like him anymore. i told him to move on.I broke his heart three weeks later (today)i came and hungout with him and my besfriend he had his arm around her, later i found out they really liked eachother. But they wont date because of me and what we had, i dont think i like him anymore but then i think i do, but im deff not over him. What can i do? Should they date? Even though its hurting me so much.

You broke up with him, though. Sorry to be so blunt about it, but it's not up to you anymore. You hurt him and you need to give him some space. Having your heartbroken feels like there's a hole there and you don't know when you'll be able to fill it. If you broke his heart, then maybe dating your friend is what he needs. They can date if they want, because it's not your decision. He's not yours anymore. Best,

MOD! Is it bad to wear tinted moisturiser and foundation? I basically want to even out my skin tone.

Hey babe! I don't think it's bad. Just remember, a little bit goes a long way! It may be possible to even out your skin tone by just using one or the other!
