A few weeks ago, I went to a party at my crush's house. He had a trampoline and I have been taking gymnastics for two years. I decided to show off my moves. As I got on the trampoline, I flashed my crush a flirty smile. I started to do all sorts of flips and bends and everyone was impressed. When I landed in a final pose, I smiled and took a bow. Then, I heard everyone gasp and I saw everyone staring at me. I looked down and I saw my boob had popped out of my shirt. I was humiliated!

once my friend was wearing a strapless bra and a thin white tank top. She and i were going to the mall and we saw her bf and his lil bro there. she hugged him and she picked up his lil bro when she bent over to put him down he was still holding on to her shirt and it completely tore off and her bra was pulled down to her belly button!!!!!! she pulled up her bra and her bf quickly took off his jacket and gave it too her. he bought her a tee shirt and when she gave him back his jacket she kissed him!! hes such a good bf!!! everybody has embarassing moments but if you have good friends they will help you get through them.

OH MY GAWSH!!!! I would be so mortified too. but good thing for me i dont have boobs yet. i took gymnastics for a while too. i was in a high level but never competed. sorry for you. but if those kids are smart, they will forget. they need to remember that it was an accident and not to laugh. xoxoxo Tiffany or SweetStrawberry101. n_n

Oh my gosh that is soooooo embarrassing! In fifth grade we were doing cartwheels. Then I didn't wear a bra. One time I did a cartwheel and my shirt flew up. Everyone saw and kept saying "we didn't need to see that!" It was so embarrassing!

wow!!! i feel so bad for you!! but that happens to me all the time! when i do a cannonball in the pool the top of my bathing suit goes up and my boob pops out but at least no one sees me!

oh em gee that must have been super embarassing! But don't feel alone. One time my bff took of her sweatshirt and accidentaly pulled her shirt + bra with it and her boob fell out....IN CLASS!
