What Should I Wear to a Play?

 

I’m going to a play during one of the days of winter break. It’s going to be cold, but I want to look cute. Do you have any ideas?

I am going out to eat and to a symphany tonight and I am going to do my version of Option #2: Stylish-yet-snuggly, but I donk know what color leggings I should wear. The choices are magenta/dark pink, brown and navy. I am wearing a cream colored sweater and silver flats. If I wear the magenta/dark pink leggings then I could wear a matching scaft if that helps. Hey gal, yup black and red are a match made in heaven! You could wear the flats with denim, black, gray and plaid. Just look through your closet and hold your clothes up to the shoes and find what you think looks cute. Smile

You could try short-boots! They look cute in all different colors with leggings or tights.

HEY mod! i need your help quick! ok so on saturday the guys in our class are having a championship soccer game. All the girls are going and some of their parents are making them. I REALLY wanna go but my dad would never insist on me going to a boy's game. And hes not letting me go only if i get someone to take me! How do i convince him to let me go or to take me?? He is the only unsocial parent in my class! I dont want to ask anybody to take me because my house is kinda outta the way from the game and it might be a hassle for anybosy else to take me. HELP PLEASE!




Hey girl, explain that you're meeting up with friends there and you can ask for a ride, but if he could drive you, it'd be nicer because your house is so far away. Try a compromise. Ask if one of your friend's parents will drive you back if your dad drops you off. There's def a middle ground, you've just got to get it settled.

nicoco~ i saw your question about what to wear for your date and here's some options that i reccomend:
1. jeans (dark wash jeans look ddressier than light/faded wash depending on the look you want) with a fitted pull over cardigan and boots. (aeropostal has some really cute cardigans on sale, and stores like marshalls always have something)

2. Jeans (again) and an off the shoulder top. It shows of a little skin without being over the top. Steer clear of completely sleeveless tops (unless you live somewhere where it's still warm). Ballet flats would look really cute too.

3. Denim skirt, (maybe leggings if its super cold), boots (payless has ugg-looking boots on sale), and a sweater. With a denim skirt, practically any sweater works

Hey girl! THis is a tough sitch. Usually you aren't supposed to like the guy your BFF likes, but sometimes it happens. IF i were you though, I would try to stay away from the guy and get rid of those romantic feelings because I wouldn't want to hurt my BFF. However, if you really like this guy and want to be with him, I would try calmly talking to your BFF and explain how you feel. Maybe she will understand.

Hey babe, talk to them one-on-one and let them know how it feels. Maybe they don't even realize they're doing it. If it doesn't end, then consider giving them a break and start hanging out with a different group. If they're your true friends then you have no need to be embarrassed. You should be proud of yourself and your family and don't settle for anything less.
