Gym Class Horror

One day I was in gym class doing squats when my pants ripped revealing my underwear. The worst part was, I had leaked through my pad and everyone saw it. I was mortified and ran to the bathroom to cry. Since it was only 10 AM, I had to tie my coat around my waste for the rest of the day.

You know what? People will get over that. Cuz eventually nost of the girls in that same gym class may not go through EXACTLY what happened to you, but at some point in time they will end up feeling it too. Maybe some of them already have. We all move at our own pace. Sorry that happened. But hey, it's not like we can prevent it. (cuz if we could WE WOULD. and we all know how that goes.) Keep your head up! Plus, at some point you and a bunch of your friends are gonna group up, and look back at those times and laugh. Memories happen when you least expext them to. But that's my philosophy.

ya; dont worry; on Tuesday; at my school; my friend; de-pantsed me; in front of the whole recess class! i was major embaressed; but at least the guy i liked wasn't there!....so i was going to do it to her back..but my mom said that i would be the one to get caught..and she wasnt going to pick me up from detetion; but luckly i havnt started my period yet;; that would really be embarressing! i feel for ya!

im so mad cause i got my period monday and i was at camp with my school it was horrible i only had liners and it was heavy so i had to ask my friend for it horrible!!!!! Not counting 6 other girls had it!!!!

Hey girl. Wow, I can only imagine how stressed out you must be. Before you do anything, just close your eyes and take a few deep breaths to calm yourself down. Everything will be alright This is a huge thing, so it's understandable that everyone's a bit upset right now. When your mom calms down a bit, you need to sit down with her and discuss what you plan to do. As for your boyfriend, frankly, he should man up. If he's not willing to take responsibility, he's not worth your time. I'm sure you're scared, but with your parents' help, you can all work something out. hey the best thing is that if you are embarrassed, other people who saw it are probably more so, so even if they mention it just be cool about it because every girl gets one. i mortified myself in front of my totally awesome GUY drum teacher like that so it was really weird, but it will blow over. eventually.
