4 xmas me + my 3 bffs trade gifts. i usually give them each a couple things each. my limit is 5-8$ per thing. this yr, 1 girl said she wants a peace ring, but not the 1 from claires. theyre r like 4 diff 1s there! 4 the other 2 girls, i got them a piece of jewelry i no each 1 will like so thats out. i'm not sure wat 2 get them. I would keep it simple... black tshirt or long sleeve tshirts... maybe a boat neck line or a v-neck. Anything really. You could get real classy and pair it with a white button down, black belt and black accessories. Play around with your looks and see what looks best!

hey lady!

Yay ice skating party! So fun! I would wear cute boots with fur (like Uggs!) and jeans, so that in case you fall (which you won't! But just in case!) you have jeans on that will protect your legs.

I LOVE big comfy wool sweaters. A nice bright one is PERFECT for the holidays! You will stand out on the clear ice, and look so pretty

For accessories, I love headbands and berets. You can never have too many! If you are ice skating, I wouldn't wear a lot of jewelry though, because they might get in the way of ice skating and be a distraction!

i was looking through the anthropologie catalog.
and ommmg. i found the PERFECT gifting idea for all of my friends (there are soooo many of them..ha). and it works because i adore writing letters.

anywayyys. here it is:
YOU WILL NEED:
Corks x?
Glass Bottles x?
Parchment paper or stationary
(that will fit in to the bottle either horizontally or vertically) x?
Ribbon

HERE'S HOW:
go to the dollar store or antique shop and buy cylindrical (?) haha bottles. then get wine corks or something similar, if your family doesn't drink wine or you don't know where to purchase them..

also buy nice paper or gender neutral stationary (so you can give it to your guy friends too).

personalize the gift by writing any of the following:
-a list of memories you love with this person
-how much their friendship/relationship means to you
-a poem
-a letter expressing your appreciation of their friendship, and your hopes and dreams for your relationship to grow.
-a story
-a picture
-anything else !

roll the paper in to a scroll, so that it fits in the bottle, and tie it off with a ribbon. stick the cork in, and voila. a message in a bottle.

for the more mature friends, or relatives, top it off with a copy of Nicholas Sparks' MESSAGE IN A BOTTLE...*note* this book may be too graphic or innappropriate to some readers.

MOD!!!! ok, so there's this guy, and I think he might like me. He's one of my friends (well sort of. he's more of a friend of a friend) and he used to just not really talk to me and i was ok with it. but now he says high to me a lot and looks at me (glance and catches my eye, not stare like a creeper or anything) sometimes during class/ does he like me or not?

Hey girl! He might, but it's so hard to tell from just that. The only way to know for sure is to find out directly from him. Try saying hi back and asking how he is. Smile and joke around with him and it might become clearer how he might be feeling!

I'm homeschooled, and have been for the past (almost) three years. I quit public school because we moved, and the public schools in my new area, for lack of a better word, royally suck. In the tests I take at the end of the school year (to prove to the school district people that I actually, ya know, *DO* school work,) I've been in the high-90's percentile, meaning I score better then 90-however many percent of people who took the test. But, now I'm a freshman in high school, and school really, really counts. I'm not sure what I want to do, yet, with my life, but I know that i have to do good in high school so I can get into a good college. but I have a motivation problem. I do schoolwork, just not as much as I should. It's just not very easy for me to get up in the morning and do the work. We go to co-ops on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and i have science classes on Wednesdays, so the ammounts of work i do on those days are less than mondays and fridays. I make all these plans and promises to myself that I'll get caught up, but I always break them. Do you have any tips for me???? Thanks, in advance, for your help!!
