When asked why she chose baking instead of cooking, Elissa says that she loves the preciseness of baking. She also has a hard time resisting sweets (we hear her on that one!).
Elissa had a passion and brought it to life, working hard to get her internship at Seastar, where she has had the opportunity to bake cookies for the chefs. Her blog is a way of getting her name out there and sharing her baking experiences. In between writing (which she's obviously good at!), photography and baking, Elissa said her dream job is to be a freelance writer for a newspaper, magazine or a food magazine. Her dedication and commitment will get her there in no time.

that's awesome! my fave recipe is baking the brownies from ghiradelli cocoa, or however u spell that. they have the recipe on the cocoa container. it's scruumptious jana k.
