I have a few different and unusual workout ideas, both of which I have tried: Irish dancing. WARNING: If you are a GT (gifted talented) it can get really boring because they repeat SO. MANY. TIMES. zzzzz... Found that one out the hard way. Tae Kwon Do. Self-defense martial art, kinda like karate or judo. Get rid of that flab while learning to totally kick butt! (Literally!)

I have been wanting to do a yoga class...my aunt does, and it works GREAT for her! As well as my sister. I would love to try boxing, but not competitive...ouch! Lol. i play basketball, but that alone it not enough...Great Job!
