Best Skinny Jeans for Boots!

 
Do you know any places where I can find super skinny jeans? Nothing is every skinny enough to tuck into my boots!

Finding the perf pair of jeans can be a nightmare, especially when ya know exactly what ya want. Luckily, it’s our job to shop for you (tough, right?).

 

Here are our fave pairs of super-slim denim.


Cheap Monday jeans are f-a-m-o-u-s for their form-fitting silhouettes. Tuck ’em into your fave stompers or rock ‘em with sky-high wedges. P.S. How cool is the white-hot contrast stitching? Heart it!
 


Colorful denim is a fun way to funk up an outfit. These skinnies from Delia’s are extra bright and you can prob try ‘em on at the mall (perf for seein’ if they pass your pin-thin test!).
 
 

Smoking is a big no-no, but cigarette jeans are hot (the name just means they’re a slim cut). Find a pair that hits at the ankle—they’ll look Audrey Hepburn cool with flats and disappear effortlessly into riding boots.

If all else fails, nab a pair of jeggings, which’ll look like dark denim but fit like leggings. They look glam with a long tunic and motorcycle boots.

Remember: If you’re steppin’ out in second-skin denim, avoid a tight top. Instead, opt for a loose ‘n’ laidback sweater over a cute tee or tank.

Here's a good tip that saves money and your favorite skinnies when it's time for them to retire!

Wear them out until they're SUPER tight, then alter them to make them leggings (or jeggings, rather Smile) if they're too tight for comfort, you can have them taken out. And if you want them shorter, hemming is SO easy.

I'm sure your legs aren't fat, skinny jeans just aren't for every body type. Try either bootcut jeans or boyfriend jeans. For ways to tone up your legs, check out the G-life section on the site.

I really like the look of skinny jeans, but they don't look good unless you're, well, skinny.
And I'm not. I'm a size 15 in juniors (14 Womens) and I need a pair of skinnies, but I'm terrified of them. I feel fat-er in them whenever I try on a pair of them, and I feel like my thighs look even fatter. How do I find a pair that actually fits, and looks good on me?
P.S. The only pair of skinnies I have are black Lipservice jeans. They're black so they're slimming, but I want real denim skinnies. They're ones with straps on them that criss cross in the back(Although my mother won't let me wear them that way)They have metal circle things where the straps go, so they're more Hot Topic-ish. And so I've only worn them to school twice. What would be good to wear with these, too?

Hey girl! Skinny jeans can actually be worn by women of any size... you don't have to be skinny. However, a dark wash will look best. I suggest going to the store and trying on many styles and brands in order to find those that look best on you and feel the most comfy.

okaay. so my BFFL since 2nd grade as been acting kinda of mean lately. Like, she makes me feel like a 3rd choice friend sometimes. When none of her other friends are around her, she puts all her attention on me. And then when she's with her other friends and i try to talk with her, she doesn't say much to me or she makes fun of me.
Also, (let's call her Julie) Julie puts me down right in front of my friends. NOT EVEN DISCREETLY!! In band, we had a quick worksheet, and one of them was multiple choice. My other friend, let's call her Marcie said that my answer d, was wrong because the teacher said it wasn't all of the above (by that he meant you couldn't choose more than one answer) She told Julia and Julia rolled her eyes RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME! Then they found out what the teacher meant. When I asked Julia why she rolled her eyes, she just shrugged as if it was nothing!!! ugh, WHAT DO I DO WITH BOTH OF MY PROBLEMS??!!

Your BFFL is knocking you down to try and look cool in front of her other friends. Pull her aside and talk to her discreetly about what she's doing. And the same goes for the eye roll. Do it privately and outside of school, so she doesn't run to her other friends and wine about what you said. She needs to respect you as a friend. If she's still treating you like this then you need to distance yourself from her and focus on other friends for a while.

You are SO welcome, I love answering all the questions! Honestly, the best place to get makeup at a cheap price is from the drugstores at either CVS or Walgreens. If you want to pay a little more for better quality, check out Sephora or MAC cosmetics- they both carry really great make-up lines!

Hey doll!  Black is a neutral color and your jeans are dark, so any colored top would look good but try a white shirt.  It would contrast nicely with the dark colors in the rest of your outfit.

I love skinny jeans... but I have a big butt so getting a pair that's my size and fits over my butt is difficult. I get one size bigger but the dont fit around my waist cuz their so big and they make my thighs look really big when i have belt on! I am also short so finding short sizes in skinnies is HARD and i like to tuck my pants into boots but the bottoms expand the ankle of the boot giving me the look of swollen ankles!!!!Frown i have other kinds of jeans but they don't look right either! can you give me some suggestions of where I can get jeans that fit me and look right!? thnks!




Hey girl, it's hard to find that perf pair of jeans, but it's all a matter of trying different brands and seeing what gives you the best fit. I'd look into pants that hit at the hip -- they'll work the best for your frame.

so, um, i'm sorta curvy. i want to get some boots (not uggs but more like slouchy) n my mom said I can... but all my jeans are bootcut. two questions:
a) would bootcut jeans tuck into boots n look okay? if not... what 'skinny jeans' would look most flattering? to give you an idea, im a size 10-short (28 inch inseam)

Shyness is a hard thing to overcome but it really only takes a simple "Hi, what's up?" to get a convo going. Once you've managed that first sentence, tell him something funny that happened during the day or ask him what the homework was in class. Hey doll!  Try finding a nice pair of straight leg jeans and see if they work for you.  They aren't too tight like skinny jeans but should still be able to fit into your boots.
