Half and Half Hair

 
Hair that’s half up and half down made a return to the runway and red carpet this season, and it couldn’t be prettier. This upswept style is perfect when you want gorge locks but still want to show off your face and keep your hair outta the way.
 
We’ve got three fun ways to rock this style, whether you’re goin’ to school or hitting the town for a fab date!

Futuristic Fab
Wanna look that’s catwalk cool (but still works at Honor Society meetings)? Prep damp hair with a volumizer. Blow-dry locks, using a round brush to brush hair up and away from your face.
 
Use a comb to smooth all of your hair back. Then, take a half inch piece from each side and secure it with a tiny elastic (if you make it slightly off-center, it looks extra cool!). Finish with some hairspray and jet.

Loose ‘n’ Laidback
Start with damp hair the night before you want cool waves. Apply your fave beach spray. Twist strands into a few tiny buns and secure with elastics. In the a.m., undo the buns and release the pretty waves. Apply some hairspray and scrunch for a sec.
 

Then, loosely pull half of your hair back. Gently push it forward to create a bit of height (not a full-on poof, though!). Secure with an elastic. A cute flower pin ups the girly factor, big time.

Glamour Girl
Start with dry hair. Use a comb to create a deep side part. Then, use a wide-barrel curling iron to create a few big ringlets throughout your locks. Pull half of your hair back and secure it with an elastic. A pretty clip adds just the right amount of bling!

Hey girl! I'm pretty sure I already answered this question for you, but use a scrunch gel... like Aussie Instant Freeze... and apply to damp hair and let it air dry. it will give you beachy waves without using heat.

Hi doll, be polite when they are around but do your own thing. Dont stay in your room but obviously if your brother has them over, don't be trying to watch tv in the living room or use the common spaces. It makes more sense for you to accomodate them than for them to accomodate whatever youre doing if that makes sense? xo JANA

Mod Mod Mod So, I kinda have darkish upper lip hair and I don`t want to pluck it( I get red spots ) wax it ( run outta strips ) or bleach it! I REALLY want to get rid of it! Help!

 

Hey girl! There are some cream dilapatories that sort of dissolve the hair, and there is laser surgery that removes it. But be reminded, the more often you pluck/wax/shave it (never shave it though!!!) the faster it will grow back! <3 Your Mod Babes

hey i shower at night cuz i don't have the time in the morning before school. the only problem is that my hair gets so greasy overnight that i can't even do anything with it except put it in a ponytail. i don't use conditioner, just shampoo, yet it still gets greasy. i have tried using a leave-in conditioner spray, but that's not doing much for me either. it's not that i have a dirty pillowcase either because even when i have clean sheets it still gets greasy!! any suggestions????? pleeeeaaaaassssseeeeeee help!!! thanks soo much!!

Bracelets, earrings, socks, tights, purses take outifits to the next level. Shop in your closet and mix and match different pieces and accessories together. Hey babe! A couple styles you could try: 1. Twisting the front pieces of your hair back from your face and securing with bobby pins, 2. Parting your hair in a different direction and then putting on a bright headband, 3. Braiding the front section out of your eyes and wearing it half up/half down, 4. Try a low side bun with a ribbon or other hair accessory

You could try pigtail braids, or two french braids! Or try parting your hair a different way and then putting on a headband.

MOD. thanks for answering my question! my crush and i talk a lot and wile we were taking a quiz he was pushing against the divider and i pushed back then he would push it and then were both pushing them together, he stares at me a lot and he is alwaays making me laugh. after school i was looking at past students pictures and i saw a picture of him when he was like 4 or 5 and we were joking about it ( his sister was a past student in our cluster, we have clusters not classes) and his sis is dating my brother so our families know each other. everyone say oh you two may be brother and sister and will spend christmas to gether and the summer with each other. do you think he might like me ?????
