Is that special someone a music lover? Try making him a mixtape of your fave songs. Whether the first letters of the tracks spell out your cutie's name or the CD has all of your songs (the special ones you danced to), this prezzie is sure to put a smile on his face. Pick songs from his fave band or tunes that describe the two of you together. Tie the gift together with some candy and a homemade card. It’s bound to hit that perf note!

Pictures of You, Pictures of Me

Do the two of you go way back? Document the story of how you came together with pictures in a cute scrapbook! Grab your fave shots of the two of you and arrange them in a little book with stickers and ribbon. Write a dedication in the beginning letting him know how much he means to you. Hey girlie,

What about asking him to go to the movies with a group of friends? Snag a seat next to him and see how it goes. If he seems into you, at the end of the movie say "hey, i had a lot of fun. wanna do it again sometime, just the two of us?". It's a lot easier that straight up asking him to be your bf, and it gives you time to figure out if hes really into you.

My 15th b-day is in a couple weeks, and I'm thinking of having a party at a roller skating rink. I'm thinking of inviting most of people that I know, just cuz I'm homeschooled, and most of the people I talk to I don't know very well. If I only invited people that I know really well, I'd have like six people there. The only prob is that IDK how to...um, the only word i can think of is "host", a party for prolly almost twenty teenagers. The last b-day party i had was when I was in fourth grade, so I'm a little rusty, lol. any tips? thanks,

Hey Girl! Having a great party can be easy. Just make sure you have great music, and you play musical chairs if you will with the party guests. Go around to each person and just check in with them periodically. I've totally had one at a roller skating rink too, those are the best! xo Lizzie

Hola! I sent this in to you yesterday but you didn't answer me. You answered people that posted comments after me though, so I'm trying again. I have a crush on a guy I've asked out before. He said no and says he doesn't have a crush. He told us that he had a friend back where he used to live so I know he's ready to have a friend. I said to him and his friends that I don't like him, even though I still do. I want to do something special for him for Valentine's Day without being teased. He's also a friend, if that helps. Please don't just tell me to try the 'What should you get for your BF/BGF article. I read it but nothing special jumped out at me. I didn't get any ideas. Please help!

There's a V-Day dance at school. I kinda want to go, but i don't usually go to dances. Since I moved where I am now, I haven't been to middle school dances. Plus, I won't have a boy to go with (i know that's ok, but), it could be weird.

my one guy friend who i like told me he likes me too a while back. But the other day he told me he would watch this movie i never saw with me and he said he would the day before valentines day and he said we only can if his parents are gone...but ive never had a boyfriend let alone hung out with a guy alone outside of school.especially not at his house all alone. do you have any advice as to what i should do? i told him i could hang out! and when were alone together at school its kinda awkward anyway im excited but at the same time i dont want to go!

Hey babes, are you sure it is ok for you to go over there without his parents being there? You dont want to be doing something his parents or your parents dont want you doing. Hey there! Alright, so I have a MAJOR crush going on. I've liked him for a really long time. Like - 5 years.

But he (of course) has a girlfriend. I've really had to be there for this guy in the last year or soI don't know what to do. I know this may sound crazy, because I'm 15, but I love this boy. I can't tell him. If i do, it'll ruin our friendship. I need him in my life more than i need him as a bf..
i know this is an open-ended question, but, what do i do? it hurts to much to wait for him forever, but i'm so scared of losing his friendship that i can't tell him.
i've been pretending that i'm over him lately, so i've been a little distant (i.e. NOT talking to him every chance i get. every 2 outta 3.) he picked up on it, and in response has been coming to me and getting to be better friends with my friends. it's a new dynamic. i love it. and he looks at me differently. he holds my gaze a second too long. he asks my opinion on his clothes and things that don't really matter to anyone but his GF. once he asked me if i liked his body spray. (and i totally do. it's delish.)
i just don't understand what's happening. and i love him so much.
what do i do? what comes next? and, the Q i'm afraid to ask in case if i'm wrong, but i need to: does he - could he maybe might like me? is it worth waiting?

Hey babes, its great that you have such a great relationship but until he breaks up with his girlfriend and tells you he loves you, there is nothing you can do. He might seem like he is feeling something for you but in the bigger picture he is still with someone else at the end of the day. If I were you I would keep the friendship but back off on the attention you give him. It isnt fair of him to expect the amount of attention a girlfriend would give him from you. xo JANA

Hey girl!

There are two mascaras that are my favorite! The first is Cover Girl Volume Exact Waterproof Mascara. It makes my lashes look full and curled! But when I'm looking for something that's a little cheaper, I go for Maybelline Great Lash Waterproof Mascara. It's much less but it also works great! The trick is to always go for waterproof, you don't want it running down your face if you're at the pool or the beach!

Hey girl!

It's always exciting when your crush asks you out, but it also important to make sure your parents are cool with it too! Just talk to them and let them know that a boy likes you and you guys want to hang out. Keep it simple, and hopefully they'll approve! It's definitely important though to always be honest with your parents!

Happy spring! What are you most looking forward to?
