I want to be a professional actress, but I’m not sure if I’m any good. I also question if I want to go into show biz only because of the money and fame.

It’s great you’re thinking ahead and asking yourself career questions. But take one step at a time, and be realistic. Most actors don’t make millions of dollars—most wait tables to pay the bills in between the occasional TV commercial. Even the rich-and-famous have to deal with problems like the rest of us. For now, develop your talents. Another big great way to practice? Audition for a part in a community play or school musical. Break a leg!

i hav the same problem , in elementary i got every position i wanted . i feel kinda small in my acting middle school with all these other amazing people that hav been in thousnads of comercials.

Hey girl! Try getting involved in school! Sign up for theatre and drama class or the next school play! Famous actors start young and small scale, by getting involved in their schools and communities!
