Homemade toner for skin that glows

Skin looking dull? Need a little pampering? Regain your glow with a DIY skin toner.

What You’ll Need:

1 cup witch hazel
1/4 cup white vinegar
1/4 tsp. mint extract

What You’ll Do:

1. Mix ingredients together. Drop in fresh peppermint leaves for an extra kick.
2. Dab on your face with a cotton ball to hydrate skin and remove excess dirt from pores.

Gift it! Pour the toner into a pretty glass bottle--find 'em at craft stores--and put it in a stocking or in a gift basket with other beauty essentials, like out cranberry lip gloss and homemade bath salts.
