The witch hazel would dry out my skin too much, even when followed by moisturizer. Also, the scent of vinegar makes me gag. I use lemon juice as a toner! It stings at first, but goes away after a few minutes. It prevents acne, lightens freckles from the sun and makes my pores smaller. Not to mention that I love the smell of lemon!
