ever sincei started track ive been getting reallly good skin n i drink lots of water. if i miss track like once my skin already gets a bit worse. or my zits stand out more.

Thanks for the tips but I have one you left out. Fish oil pills are really good for your skin and hair! I reccomend you try them...
