i hurt my tailbone on dec 5 at my bffs bday party on her couch!!!!!!! =) i no it sounds crazy but there was this metal bar that wen i bounced back it hurt it and it has been sore ever since especially rite now!!!!! i need some ways that would help pain asprin or pain relievers are not helping me and so i need some ways to help it!!!!!!!! =( thx

MOD MOD MOD! Smile hi beautiful and helpful mod Smile i got 2 questions for you Smile. 1.my mother says that deodarents can bring breast cancer or some other type of cancer so like a year ago i got this organic deodorant that ive been using. The only problem is that it dose not work really well. I wanted to know if there were any healthy deodarants that WORK WELL and i also wanted to know if it does bring out cancer. 2. i was wondering how much calories a 12 year old girl who's 5,4(foot) should eat. im not fat or anything but the doctors said i can maybe loose 1 or 2 pounds. Thankss muchooo love you gals xoxxo

 

Hey girl,

1) I looked on the American Cancer Society Website and the National Cancer Institute website, and they both said that as far as they know, regular deodorants are actually okay to use!  If your mom still wants you to use organic, I would check with a doc to see if they know of safe and well-working options. 
2)  The best thing to maintain a healthy weight is not so much to count calories, but to try and eat a variety of nutrituous foods, eat when you're hungry and stop when you're full, and get some regular physical activity you enjoy.  Your doc can help you figure out if you need to follow a more specific plan.  But don't forget to love your body the way it is!  xoxo
