Trainer Larysa is inspiring to all girls by helping to build up self-confidence and get fit with her. With her girl-empowering attitude, she shows us chicas can do anything…and do it ah-mazingly! The DVD features real girls of all different ages, and you even get to hear why the girls love to exercise and their fave part of the DVD! Can you say inspiring?
 
Kickin’ Cardio combines a whole bunch of different exercises, from kick-boxing moves, to karate and great strength training circuit. There’s a warm up that gets you pumped up for the rest of the DVD. My favorite part of the DVD is the cool down, which is also called stogation. Did I just say stogation?? You bet. It’s a mash-up of stretch, yoga and meditation. So marvelous.
 
To get the best results out of this DVD (and any exercising for that matter), really put your all into it and listen to Larysa’s instructions. Punch and kick with all your might, go a little further and hold the squat for longer. When Larysa gives you a tip, like tighten your abs while doing the strength tips, do it! Trust me, you’ll be thanking Larysa and training like a GIRL in no time!
